The case is probably water proof but the map is not. It is very flimsy and would probably tear in the wind. It’s only purpose is for planning a trip and identifying where various places are. There is no metro map. Very disappointing for a Lonely Planet item. I should have read the reviews, but I trusted Lonely Planet.

Found this map really helpful for our 4 day break in Paris. Easy to follow and plot routes to the places we wanted to go to. The map highlights the main tourist attractions.

Extremely small print, very thin paper, I doubt if it is waterproof by the look and feel of it. Doesn't cover all of the city. Not worth the price. There are better available.

Good detail, but unfortunately the inset map obscured the part of the main map that we most needed. Could have done with less special info on reverse of map, and more actual map.

I used this Paris city map for planning my Paris tour and for getting around the city. The map was very descriptive with good detailed information needed for a seamless travel experience.
