Epsom Salts

I’ve been ordering Epson salts through these guys for a good couple of years now, much better value for money than a lot of other companies who sell 2kg for a similar price. I especially love the box is filled with individual 1kg bags which prevents the salts from getting moisture and going lumpy. I’ve been chronically ill for a number of years now and I just love how helpful Epson salts are for me. I use them as part of my weekly treatments, having a least 3 salt baths a week. Some times I use them alone and other times with a drop of scented oil. Not only do they provide a really lovely, relaxing bath but they also reduce swelling and pain in my limbs and general water retention. The salts also make a brilliant exfoliant. I use them as a body scrub on their own and also mix them with mashed avocado to use on my face which is fantastic fro giving me softer skin. I think these salts are well worth the money as they have so many uses and I’ll be ordering more as soon as I run out. The individual packets are also handy for giving to friends and family as I’m always singing their praises!

Excellent product - in terms of quality and cost. I recently had a Total Knee Replacement and find the salts help with aches and pains, but the main benefit I have found is in improving the appearance of the scar, as was the case its my previous knee replacement Only slight issue is that it came in a 10Kg sack as opposed to 10 1kg packets as some appear to have received, which would have been easier to store

These epsom salts are great for relaxing in the bath and soaking tired muscles. I always buy these ones as they come in bulk so don't have to keep buying the small packs that run out after a few baths

PACKAGE CONTENTS: Epsom Salts 10kg. FIRST IMPRESSION: When I ordered the salt, I was uncertain as to how it would arrive; either in one large container or in separate packets. When I opened the box, I was pleased to see that there was ten individual 1kg plastic packets/bags. This packaging was particularly handy, as I intended to give the majority of the salt to my mother. Therefore, there was no need to concern myself with finding an appropriate container to store my portion. The bags were robust and did not feel as though they would easily tear. USAGE: As a sufferer of rheumatoid arthritis for many years, my mother regularly uses Epsom salt as a means of soothing her aches and pains. Adding two cups of salt to her bath water and soaking for about 15 minutes brings relief. She also finds that soaking her aching feet in an Epsom salt foot bath is very rewarding. The salt is a pure mineral compound containing magnesium sulfate which, through soaking, can be absorbed through the skin, helping to flush toxins and form proteins in joints. I also use Epsom salt as part of my natural beauty remedies. It can be used: • to exfoliate skin and smooth rough patches. • to add volume to my hair by mixing with a hair conditioner. • as a deep-pore facial wash by mixing it into cleansing cream. A noticeable benefit of using Epsom salt is that it has a softening effect upon the skin! Furthermore, it washes off easily and leaves no residue. Some ‘bath salts’ have chemical composition, added fragrances and colours which may not be safe for all to use. I am very confident with the health benefits of Epsom salt, as it has been used in my family for many years. CONCLUSION: Epsom Salts has proven to be an effective product, and the 10kg quantity is amazing value for money. I highly recommend this product.
