Coffee Direct Old Brown Java Coffee Beans 454 g

Nothing worse than buying something and discovering its not. This coffee is supposed to be one of the strong ones. Not to me. And when I add milk, weaker than ever. Maybe I have a bad batch! Waste of money!!

received package all Ok looked a little un-loved (dirty label), the coffee well what can I say? I usually buy by old brown java from another company and for future that is what I will be doing! the coffee is bland and unexciting lacking in flavour and punch, the colour is light not what I would expect from a coffee that should be dark roasted full bodied with hints of burnt chocolate, sorry this is not repeat not old or brown and maybe not from Java, disappointed...........

Found this coffee a little weak and a little strange in flavour.But I understand it is discontinued, hence I was interested to try it, whilst I can.

One of my all time favourite coffees, I used to buy it from coffee direct but once I found it on subscribe & save I was very happy to add it to my monthly list!A deep, earthy fairly sweet coffee, no bitterness & very little acidity.

Strong woody flavour of stale coffee.

It’s wrong that a coffee this good exists. Its tainted my opinion of other coffees so badly that I've now become overly aggressive towards people who don't drink old brown java and old brown java alone. If they are drinking instant Nescafe and just plain old slap them in the face.

Bitter ain't the word .I'm not sure what the word is but seriously this is not for everyone.Old brown java is aged for several years before roasting and it tastes like it, and not IMHO, in a good way.
