Good quality
Mostly great, but the section for the lighthouse top is an annoying design. Remote controlled would have been better. Have to take the top off the Lego everything we want it lit up.

Fiddly but worth it
I love Bricksmax kits and this one was no exception. Lots of lovely effects, with the extra hour or two of construction. They have even enhanced the signal light - which the instructions refer to as a searchlight, tut tut - but you can only get it to rotate manually, using the existing Lego mechanism. A pity, but understandable.
