Anti-Static Metal Adjustable Wrist Strap Coated With Paint Grounding Wrist Band ESD Discharge - Prevents Build up of Static Electricity (Wired)

I bought this because I kept getting little electric shocks from my walking pad. I clipped it to the base part of the pad and wore it round my wrist. No more shocks.

Bought to help with static shocks I was getting from a treadmill running machine. I wrapped the velcro band round the metal frame of the treadmill and attach the clip to my shorts waistband when I'm running, and haven't had a shock since. Good quality, cheap solution to a £400 running machine issue. Great

I bought this to stop me getting static shocks while using a belt linisher to sharpen knives. It is cheap and cheerful but it works. How long it lasts is another matter.

Bought to replace old strap that was showing no conductivity in the band. This model shows what it should although the metal back plate of the buckle holder means user is directly connected to the connecting strap (through a 1 megohm resistor). Overall does what it says on the tin but worth checking the published wrist strap dimensions especially for those with large wrists.

I doubt I've bought this for the same reasons as most other people will need it, but I use it to eliminate static shocks on my home treadmill that I used to get frequent static shocks from if didn't touch frame every minute or two, at least with the clothes and shoes I wanted to wear on it. Now with this, I've looped the wrist part around the machine (the little strap does come out and goes back in), and I just clip it to my t-shirt next to treadmill safety clip. Works a treat

I haven't used this a huge amount just yet. So far I have only changed the Cmos battery in my pc using this; but I didn't experience any form of static charge during the quick process and all systems are running as should.

The item was well made and will clearly last a lifetime. Delivery was as promised and very fast. Price was competitive.

Ok, cable was stiff, I’ve had other variants before with more soft quality cable. It’s nothing wrong with it though.

Habe damit Abhilfe gefunden, um das Brummen meiner Gitarre zu eliminieren, wenn die Saiten nicht berührt werden. Bei allen Einstellungen ist jetzt endlich Ruhe.
