These work amazingly!!! I wish I had known these things existed years ago. The wind swirls briskly around the house and garage and my flags (Minnesota state and federal) were constantly twisted and snagged on the poles and mounting brackets. This required required near daily attention which was getting harder as I aged since the poles are mounted up high. This solved my problem completely. Now I enjoy sitting and watching them flap, even in heavy winds, since they continue to display beautifully.

The rings all flagpoles should come with! These aren't going to snap off in the wind like plastic ones. Plus, the small set screws don't stick up like thumb screws and so don't catch the flag. Also, add a small drop of oil to the slit where the rotating ring sits and it almost never tangles in the wind.

What a great deal came with all the instructions to install easily. I priced at the store first and it was half the cost of what they wanted in the store and very sturdy pieces instead of plastic

Well made with good materials. I see in the reviews some have issues with flag wrapping. When I installed these on my wooden pole the carabiner’s bind on the flat piece that spins causing the flag to wrap. My fix was to remove the ring with the (small) set screw and unscrew it. Take off the flat piece and bend it 45 degrees (pic) in an vise and reassemble. This gives ample room for the plate to rotate and not bind on the carabiner.

These arrived in time for St George's Day.. so flag hoisted! Quick delivery considering they came from USA (about a week). Very well made, good fit with two sets of adjustable grub screws. Ideal for the 2" diameter pole (these appeared to be only ones available at that size). Most importantly, they work perfectly, with no more flag wrapping around the pole. On the very odd occasion where it does happen, the problem sorts itself out. Really pleased, great product and highly recommended.
