Initially very good no stick griddle but over time it starts to stick.

I bought this pan, along with the Caraway sauté pan. They're both awful. Damn near everything sticks to them... They can't be used without butter or a little olive oil. And the griddle stains easily. As for their care, I don't have a can of Pam in the house, they've always been hand-washed with a soft sponge, and they've only been used with silicone utensils. Additionally, I live alone, so there's no possibility of someone else mishandling them. I've read other complaints about the handle getting too hot. This is true. I've also read complaints about the weight. They're heavy, but that helps them to cook evenly, so that isn't a drawback. I bought Caraway's two smaller frying pans directly from their website 3-4 years ago and those pans are still great to this day. And I use the smaller one damn near everyday... An egg has never stuck to it. Because those were so great, I wondered if these were counterfeit, but it looks like they ship from the Caraway store. My opinion is that these are a waste of money. They'd be okay at a $40 to $50 price point because they do cook evenly. But I'd recommend investing in some other high-end brand or save your money by buying something from Costco. Any non-stick pan is generally fine for 6-12 months, so buying six Costco griddles at $25 each will certainly outlast this Caraway.

Non stick and easy to clean. Great value for the money. We make our pancakes and grilled cheese on it. Heats evenly and warm up fast.
