I'm using this water filter for the last 2 weeks and found lot of positive pointsNo boiling : we usually boil the water every time me before consuming it but it’s no more required. This advanced RO filtration system removes harmful pollutants so it’s pure and safe to consume.Tastes good : the water tastes different (in a positive way) so we started consuming a lot.Cool water pitchers : I felt they researched a lot and provided water pitchers which is very useful during dinner time. Earlier every person in our family used to fill their glass from refrigerator now they are filling with this pitcher.Multi-dispensing Modes: Kids are using 4oz, Adults are using 8oz and we are filling our bottle with 12oz when we are going out. It’s very convenient.It’s very easy to install and we didn’t use the manual to install the filter.Price: I found it's reasonable price.I found only one issue that is: the multi-dispensing modes are keep on blinking almost for 3 days and there was no information available in Amazon about that. It took lot of times to understand why it's blinking, and we thought it's faulty but seems like it's as per design. Also, there were no information about the 'replacement filter'.

I really like this water filter! The filtered water tastes great, and the countertop design makes it super convenient. It dispenses water quickly. However, when pouring water from the pitcher, it tends to leak a bit, I hope this can be improved in the future. After using it for 6 months, the pitcher handle cracked, but when I contacted customer service, they immediately sent me a new one. The service was excellent and very fast!

Nice machine, works as advertised. Water tastes good. Like the touch screen controls. However, one of the water pitchers arrived broken and customer service was slow to respond and after sending photos they said they would ship a replacement pitcher, then said the pitcher was out of stock and I should return the entire purchase to get a replacement. That's a pain, then have to wait for the new unit, unpack it, set it up, run through the cleaning cycles.........Update: customer service reached out and sent a replacement pitcher. Nice. The filtration system is excellent, water tastes so good! We use it heavily and are very pleased with the quality of the machine! I will definitely recommend to others and will buy from them again.

I've had this filter for a couple months. I like it and the water tastes great.I did take the time to flush the filters many more times than the directions advised. I don't think I drank anything the first day, just spent many hours flushing the filters. The water tastes fine to me and I have not had any problems. The hot water setting is hot enough for coco/coffee/tea. Fits nicely next to my sink and its more stylish than my outdated kitchen. Besides the long set up time, everything is working fine. The cost is kind of high for the unit, but supposedly the filters last up to a year or more (probably dependent on usage?). I live alone and so far it's working great for me. I would recommend this product and I wasn't provided anything to say so.

Wish there was way less plastic being used in the water holding areas of this particular unit, but otherwise water taste good pretty sure it doesn’t stop plastic particulates being in so much plastic

Updated to 5 star now that we have used it for a month or so. REALLY makes a difference in the water. We have well water filtered through a home wide softener system, and adding this as a second filter for drinking water literally makes it taste different.Instruction is lite… but also there are just 4 buttons. Super simple to use. We were a little thrown off and confused by the initial set up process where we had to filter the system twice - but now that we used it for a month it is the most straightforward thing.+++Setting it up was easy enough - it's basically plug and play. The pitcher takes a while to fill up, and the carrying handle is on the inside of refill tub which is a little odd, but otherwise works as expected and well built. limited instruction pamphlet but straightforward and easy to use. "The look" was complimented as well.

It was not easy to set up like it says, and filters were missing. They do not have live Customer Support to assist with product set up, questions or problems. Must wash out n clean 3x plus 3x more it said before use. No live Customer Support returning it.Not whole house as described/ countertop Only!

The water tastes fabulous and I'm very happy with the unit overall. The negatives: Manual definitely needs some improvements with explaining what numbers are actually telling you. The beeps are loud and annoying, I wish I could silence the unit. The pitchers leak water on the bottom, so when you take them off the unit you have to be mindful that water is going to follow onto the floor. If I had bought it at a local store, I would exchange it, but it's too much hassle with shipping. Overall it's a good unit, but needing to clean up water drops is very frustrating and noisy beeps are not welcoming in the early am.
