Good product

Very nice product, value for money, good speed. Slight wobble but doesn't affect speed or performance. 8 out of 10 fans that I have seen does have a little wobble irrespective of the which company make they are. I had bought an BLDC fan with remote of some other renowned company before buying this fan. I though Why Not..after all i should try something new although the fan is over priced. Beleive me it was pathetic, started giving unbearable bearing noise within 3 days. The wobble was above normal. The build quality was not solid as it should be for something like a fan which is supposed to run like an workhorse. So I returned the fan. I received the replacement tough but I was so disappointed with the quality & performance of the first fan that I returned the second one even before using it & asked for refund. Conclusion: Buy BLDC fans if you want to compromise on performance to save those 100 odd rupees per month, or buy fans like these which performs best & does the job it's meant for.... keep you cool with excellent air delivery. As far as remote control function is concerned, you can always buy fan & light remote devices, there are plenty available on Amazon India to fulfill your requirements. You will have an additional advantage of controlling the lights too will the same remote control.

got it quickly from amazon, in a big package but fan head was not kept in thermocol and if it kept neatly then no need of big box and air pockets...ok let see my views pros * blades are very light and compact, head is lightweight so easy to install * glossy paint makes a nice look * not much noisier cons * lightweight felt me whether it may become hot quickly * not great air flow previously I used orient (do no hurry read till last ) still its ok * i did not feel the warnish melting smell on the first time run so had my bad guess " was it already ran for some time ?" did not bother about the points above ..coz I look for a long run, not like orient fan stopped working after 2yrs, local serviceman couldn't fix it, I can give 4 stars but I need to check a long run, I recommend buying this fan

This fan can make the best out of the money you pay. The installation processes are all the same. But the performance is really good. I've been using it for very long. And it's been very good with this fan. And an important fact that, it doesn't catch dust easily. Therefore, the normal issue of low air flow after a long use of a fan die to accumulation of dust at the edges doesn't happen to this fan. It very rarely catches any dust.

Reviewing this product after 3 years I bought this fan year of 2021at the price of 1450, still running smoothly. No harware issue received still now- 2024 Initially we received fan noise upto 3 speed ,4 & 5 okay okay acceptable, now (2024-oct) its okay no noise. It can be easily installed by yourself - follow instructions properly before installing. Speed is good Easy to clean Colours didnt peeled out in fan, no rust. Use best condenser for better pick up No speed regulator comes with it. Overall good product at this price 1.5k💥

Good Fan

I purchased a Crompton ceiling fan via Amazon on 17 March 2025. The fan was sold by Goodlife in Chennai, Invoice #XITW-2530. It was delivered on 19 March and installed the next day. It did not turn on and the electrician informed me that the motor was defective. I have been trying to have Crompton's customer service attend to this problem since March 24 - more than two weeks ago. I am shocked by the complete lack of attention and followup shown by such an old and prestigious company. I have registered a complaint FOUR TIMES in two weeks. Each time the service request mysteriously gets cancelled, so there is no followup. - My first complaint, registered via WhatsApp on March 24, was assigned to Karnataka Electronic Services on March 25. On March 27, I got an SMS saying the service request has been cancelled. - On March 28, I re-registered the complaint via WhatsApp. On March 29, I received an SMS saying that the request would be attended by AVK International. On March 29, I was told by SMS that the service request had been cancelled. - The same day, March 29, I reinitiated the service request and was informed that it would be attended by VS Electricals. I received a call from someone enquiring about installation of a washing machine, which was not my complaint. - On April 3, I spoke to a customer service representative and a new service request was assigned to VS Electricals. On April 4, I received an SMS saying that the request had been cancelled. My ceiling fan is brand new, very much under warranty, and has not worked from day 1. I did not request a replacement from Amazon because I never imagined this would happen. I cannot understand how an old and respected company like Cromptons can use this strategy of cancelling service requests so that it appears that the customer has cancelled and there is no further action from the side of the company. The WhatsApp chat bot is useless and the customer representatives on the phone line are not helpful. As of now, I still have a brand new ceiling fan that does not work.
