We used this deep fryer the first day for 6 hours straight and no problems. It heats up fast and definitely love that it has to separate frying bins for chicken or fish! The double baskets are really nice. It did not blow my breaker even when using both fryer at the same time!

Dual controls were easy to use with the separate oil chambers. Fried Walleye Fish in one side and fries on other side. Very easy cleanup!
