This is a fantastic bit of home gym kit, its very well made and gives a surprisingly strong resistance when you use all three bands together! I find it very versatile, I literally just use it as an alternative triceps exercise but you could use this on a variety of muscle groups if you wanted to! It arrived quickly and it was very good value for money, I would highly recommend this product, and I would use this seller again!
