Delish
Can't go wrong with anything Collins makes, and this is no exception. I worried it may taste too syrupy or sweet but it doesn't. And the sea salt puts the perfect amount of depth in that amazing coffee flavor. I will buy more when needed.

Grew to enjoy it
At first it didn't have the flavor I was expecting it to have. But after a few (not in a row, but on different occasions), I came to like the flavor. It had a spice reminiscent of a spiced rum but it complemented the bourbon whiskey quite nice. The smoke flavor is subtle. The only negative I have is how syrup like the consistency is, but I should have expected that. I personally like a bit more but I can add it myself. I would recommend another person to try it.I had to tweak the directions to suite my pallet, this is how I like it:0.5 ounce Collins Mix (this product)3 ounce bourbon whiskey0.5 ounce waterShake together in a cocktail mixer, pour into a whiskey glass over ice. Garnish to taste.

Takes all of the work out of making an Espresso Martini
I love the flavor of espresso martinis, but the prep can take a while. This delivers that same flavor in seconds, but enhanced with a dash of sea salt.

It's ok
It's an OK sugar syrup for an old fashioned or similar drink calling for such, but don't expect much in the way of "smoky" notes from it. You'd be better off with a splash of an Islay Scotch if you want some smoky notes vs what you get from this syrup.

Such a time saver!
A little goes a long way for sure! Excellent for those days where you want a quick high quality beverage! Great added sweetness with a nice smoky note to it as well!

Haven’t made my mind up yet. The flavor is so different than expected, but I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing. Time will tell on this one

The flavor of this does not match the description. It is too sweet and does not work for an old fashioned. It might be better to find another option.

Perfect For Craft Cocktails!
Paired perfectly with whiskey to create a delicious Smoked Old Fashioned! The syrup added a nice taste of smoke and cinnamon spice and loved that the syrup is vegan and gluten-free! This is great for crafted cocktails at home!
