Good vaporizer and quality is good.Plastic material is not so great but it is ok for normal usage.Only problem i feel is there is no method to decrease the steam outlet. There is only turning on and off feature.

Quality of this steamer is just average which is available in the market, nothing special about Healthgenie brand. Protruding plastic ends are visible on certain parts.As mentioned in the description, it doesn't work with RO water. You should use it with regular tap water & add a tea spoon of Salt to increase steam quantity.Other than that it does the job it's made for.Packaging quality was surprisingly poor, it came in a thin cardboard box which was ripped apart during transit as the outer casing was standard Amazon plastic bag.

Very bad experience very bad quality

Delivery - Great! Great packing and timely delivery from Amazon! Love it!Product - I was always worried about the pei0le claiming to have smelled burning plastic from the steamer... but when I used it, it didn't give me a plasticky smell, rather the smell of the herbs which I added.The product is also lightweight, portable-ish, kind of attractive and cheap. It steams your face without any hot water splashes coming from the openings of the face attachment.However... the attachment for the nose is, in my opinion, a bit low. Like, if you were to keep your nose close to it, you would probably feel some splashes and extreme steam.But anyways, for steaming your face and the other uses.. it's great! Great VFM!

We have been taking steam using the supplied Vaporizer, but we are not satisfied. When the steam is produced, it smells like plastic burning. The steam inhalation with plastic burn smell is not good to inhale. Though it has been in use for past few days, the smell continues. It appears the plastic used is of sub-standard quality.

Satisfied with the product. Used it once and happy with the quality. The cable could have been a little longer. Be careful after use, as the remaining water may be hot. Have been searching for this kind of product in soo many shops, but could not find. I was not sure when ordering in Amazon about the quality, but now happy with the quality and packing. Thanks Amazon.
