its is not good to use,waste of money
Not durable ,substandard material used. one in 2 uses its gives sparking.Only name also smells in steam when you are use.Zero sutisfaction , never buy Dr Morpean

The quality of the product.
The quality of the product is very poor. Used only for 2 -3 times and it has stopped working. Amazon shouldn't market such inferior quality product. The company may be asked to replace the product.

Ok but not great.
Just got the product. Tested also. My 1st impression and observation:1. The plastic quality is very average. In fact not good. Cannot be a Dr. Morepen product.2. Works fine. Water gets heated fast. And steam is also ok. So it does the job.3. Cord lenght is less. And it does not have thermostat. And no on/off switch also. So water keeps on getting hot. Need to take the plug out after a while.4. Don't know how durable it is will post if it conks off fast.5. But at this low price what else can u expect

Worst product ever on Amazon
This is the worst product I ever purchased from Amazon.Product just worked once and then it didn't worked and there is no return policy available.This is not Dr. Morepens product i believe.Duplicate item.Pls never purchase this.

DONT BUY THIS MACHINE.
Product got delivered to me on 04.10.2018.Worked fine for first week after initial usage apart from the excessive heating of the product.After a weeks use, SUDDEN BLAST FROM THE HEATING COIL observed and product STOPPED WORKING then.On calling MOREPEN customer care, I am told to visit their SERVICE CENTRE @ Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar which is more than 33kms from my house in Delhi.How can Morepen expect me to burn more than Rs 500 petrol for a Rs 250 vaporizer??Please don't waste your money in this machine.

how long can you keep the machine on ?
I do not know how long can the machine be kept on for continuous use. How often can I switch it on/off. Is there a gap to be maintained between switch off and switch on? Is there a necessity to check and clean the steam droplets on the TOP, near the black box? Thanks. BARUN DEB

Very cheap quality and they charge for return
Cheapest product ever. It’s working just 2 times . And after that it’s burnt. Very low quality plastic as well. Also they charge for return as well. Don’t recommend at all .
