Seals air well
These grommets seal air well. They are initially gummy and could glue together a bit, requiring separation by screwdriver and knife. However, after a few times removing and re-securing grommets in air valve receptacles, the grommets fit and remove nicely. Initially applying a small amount of silicone lubricant spray to grommet surfaces could help initial break-in process. Black grommets may have harder carbon compound lessening gluey initial break-in phenomenon. But I like red and blue color code, regardless of minimal break- in period and slightly higher price point.Keep those air lines and air system problem and leak free.Keep on truckin'!Stay safe.

Soft and sticky
Seals are not best quality and longevity. They stick together and upon un coupling glad hands some fail out of glad hand and stick on other one on trailer.They are made from soft rubber not polyurethane.
