Why did you choose this product over others?: I love rode, they make fantastic audio products. The only criticism I have with this mic is the lack of low end. While yes, this can be remedied in post, it requires a LOT of EQ. I have a very deep voice, yet it makes me sound lacking. I’d suggest as a live mic, perhaps route it through an EQ first, but for production with post, it’s great.

Audio sounds great and the aesthetic is impeccable, really heavy for a microphone but is made up for with its build quality no doubt making it heavier than plastic microphones

The quality of this is STOUT! The fit, finish, and weight is all very well constructed. Voice is very clear in it's clarity range. Connectivity was very straight forward. I haven't had any functionality issues with this mic other than it's weight on an old boom arm. After upgrading to a nicer boom arm, no issues whatsoever.

Dopo circa un mese di utilizzo posso dire che questo microfono sorprende davvero. La qualità audio è eccellente: voce chiara, pulita, zero rumori di fondo. L’ho confrontato con microfoni da 180 euro e il PodMic li supera, specialmente considerando il prezzo molto competitivo. Lo uso principalmente per streaming e registrazioni vocali. Si monta in un attimo e trasmette una sensazione di solidità e qualità costruttiva notevole. Non ho riscontrato difetti, se non forse il peso, ma è un dettaglio che non incide sull’esperienza. Un acquisto che supera ogni aspettativa.
