Pros:Love the fact that it is rechargeable via USB-C-very handy, and I do not have to be worried when it will require new batteries.Screen is clear, and it's easy to use while going around the house.It can immediately notify me when it detects dampness, and I don't have to keep looking at the screen.The best part is, it doesn't damage the walls or other surfaces, which is fabulous when I am monitoring things such as my daughter's bedroom wall.To date, I have used it on walls and masonry, and it has been reliable across the board.Picks up damp hidden below the surface-that's important for my wall repairs.Verdict:I have had an issue with my chimney, allowing water into my home, and my daughter's bedroom wall was soaked. In drying it out, I've used this moisture metre to monitor the damp. It's just been fantastic. Added value to that: that it is rechargeable via USB-C, which makes maintaining its power quite fast and easy. Easy to use; the sound/light alarm is a big help. This is highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable way to monitor damp, be it for one-off issues or even regular home checks.

The meter works well and seems to be reading right I tried in a few spots I knew held the moisture more and got a reading, although on the cheaper side this one does require at least 19mm thickness to read right tho did give me a decent reading even on my thin indoor walls.

I've been wanting to monitor one of our bedrooms as it does tend toward damp in the winter time. This meter is perfect for this task, its very easy to use even for a layman like me and the display is bold and clear.Feels well made and comes with a handy carrying/storage case.

We got this as we begin using our sawmill so that we can check the moisture content of the wood we are milling, and know when it is ready to use. In the meantime, we had a good time trying this out on wood that we have processed for firewood, and any other wood we could fine. It is so interesting! The tool was ready to use out of the box (I learned after heading to the battery drawer). It actually is rechargeable - a great convenience. It comes neatly packaged in a nice box (would make a nice gift) and comes with the charging cable and instruction manual, and is stored in a nice little case ( I am a big fan of cases to protect my tools). The meter is very intuitive to use. I do not know if the accuracy varies from one that you poke into your wood, but I do like not having to poke a hole to get an idea of the moisture left in a board. I am pleased with this - I think you would be too!

Muy útil, fácil de usar y a buen precio. No se si los valores sea verdaderos, por lo que lo uso yo me vale como referencia ya que claramente detecta la diferencia si hay o no humedad. La función de recargable definitivamente me izo inclinar por su compra.

Vorab: Mir wurde der Feuchtemesser zum Testen zur Verfügung gestellt. Das hat aber keinen Einfluss auf meine Bewertung oder Meinung.Hätte nicht gedacht, wie praktisch der kleine Helfer sein kann, daher mag ich fast ein wenig zu euphorisch klingen. In zwei Fällen habe ich das Messgerät jetzt ausprobiert.Fall 1: Die Kinder spielen immer mal wieder mit dem Feuerholz für den Kamin. Dadurch ist der ganze Stapel nicht nur durcheinander gekommen, sondern auch einiges Holz wurde wieder ordentlich im Regen nass. Nach dem Spielen aufräumen kommt wohl nur in Frage, wenn die Eltern es auch gut sehen könnten. Daher habe ich in meinem Holzstapel unterschiedliche Holzfeuchten. Da ich mir aber auch auf Dauer mit zu feuchtem Holz keinen Kaminbrand zuziehen mag, darf ich also vor dem Verbrennen mal grob durchsortieren. Das klappt mit dem Proster ganz prima und ist kein nennenswerter Mehraufwand (und auf jeden Fall zuverlässiger).Fall 2: Nachdem das neue Badfenster im Dach eingebaut wurde, hatte ich einen Wasserfleck entdeckt. Da war ich mir jetzt aber nicht ganz klar, ob das ein nun neues Problem ist, oder ob es einfach während des Einbaus nass geworden ist (da hatte es leicht geregnet). Mit dem Proster geprüft und festgestellt, dass die Feuchtstelle sich im Grunde nicht von der Umgebung unterscheidet. Das Wasser ist also bereits komplett weggetrocknet und ich kann den Fleck getrost überstreichen.Das Gerät hat Gummierungen und wirkt sehr stabil. Die Tasten sind gut zu bedienen und die Skala kann man auch ohne die Lesebrille gut ablesen. Die Bedienung des Gerätes ist auch ganz einfach. Ziel aussuchen (Bitte einmal die Anleitung lesen, damit man sein eigenes Mauerwerk auch richtig definiert), drauflegen, ablesen. Fertig. Die absolute Genauigkeit spielt für mich keine große Rolle. Laut Hersteller sind das +/- 4%. Da ich mit den absoluten Werten aber ohnehin nichts anfangen kann, hilft mir einerseits die Warnskala auf dem Gerät, die dem Ampelprinzip folgt. Auf der anderen Seite habe ich ja normalerweise immer Referenzpunkte im Gebäude. Und da war mir die Wiederholgenauigkeit einfach wichtiger. Da ist das Gerät absolut zuverlässig. Die Schwankungen bei mir (Beton, Holz, Trockenbauwände, Ziegel) sind so minimal, dass ich es auch auf ein leicht verändertes Anlegen zurückführen kann.Lediglich mit der Materialstärke muss man aufpassen. Es steht auch in der Anleitung, trotzdem war ich bei einem Test über die Unzuverlässigkeit des Gerätes verwundert. Hatte dazu eine 5 mm Sperrholzplatte auf der einen Seite mit Wasser eingeweicht und die andere trocken gelassen. Da hat das Proster dann nichts vernünftiges mehr gemeldet. Ist aber nicht das Problem des Geräts, sondern der Fehler lag beim Nutzer. Laut Anleitung sollte die Materialstärke etwa 19 mm betragen, also in etwa den üblichen Platten-Werkstoffen aus Baumarkt und Möbelbau. Gleicher Test mit einer alten Gipskarton-Platte entsprechender Stärke und schon klappt wieder alles.Kann das Gerät echt weiter empfehlen. Für mich ein sehr gelungenes Produkt.

Arriva ben confezionato in una scatola di cartone: aprendola si trova una custodia soft in materiale leggero ma robusto, contenente il misuratore.Comoda per ripararlo dalla polvere e portarlo in giro ma un po’ troppo leggera per proteggerlo dai colpi e soprattutto si rischia di accenderlo involontariamente date anche le generose dimensioni del pulsante di accensione.Per il resto funziona benissimo, in modo veloce mostrando chiaramente sul grande display le modalità di misurazione, il livello di umidità attivando anche un cicalino sonoro quando eccessiva…Può essere tarato periodicamente in modo semplice ed ha anche il cavetto per la ricarica via USB (senza caricatore).Si può misurare l’umidità di- muri- Legno duro- Legno morbido- MattoniNon ha i soliti spilli per la misurazione ma si appoggia direttamente la parte inferiore sulla superficie. Bisogna farlo aderire bene al piano e tenere sempre la mano sopra pena la rilevazione errata del grado di umidità.Un sistema pratico e veloce per capire la situazione del supporto su cui si vuole lavorare o magari verniciare senza avere sorprese di “tenuta”.
