Incompatible product
Although its clearly mentioned in product detail that its compatible to so many brands including Ptreethy silver model,but its not fitting properly. When we try to fix it, its doesn't rotate and activate the safety switch.This is not first time it happened ,earlier also I ordered a chatani jar and had a same experience. Its better that the manufacturer should check the compatability and then display on product details

No refund option
The product measurements do not fit with our mixer base. We ordered the same product version of Preethi mixer we previously used, but the one we received has different measurements and is of cheap quality. There is no refund option, the only thing we get is a replacement of the same mixer, which we do not need as the product does not fit our mixer base.

Not good,bad experience
By looks its good but it doesn't fix properly/ smoothly always and mixer is geyying chipped by this jar when in contact.The blade inside the jar is so tight,not flexible.

Refund is not done yet
It doesn't fit properly with my mixer and I returned the product on 24th April 2025 till now no refund has been done. It's not good to take these many days. Kindly refund
