Great value in router bits.
I know, I know.... I should have bought Whiteside or Freud. Nah... These are good router bits at a fair price. I had great results using a straight bit to trim acrylic to the edge of a board. Very nice finish on the edge of the plastic. I am a home gamer and am not using these everyday. For people like me, I think these are an excellent choice.

Caught these on a deal for $70. Easily worth four times that much. Excellent assortment, well packaged, definitely high-quality. This is a no-brainer for the DYI enthusiast.

Incomplete assembly of box
Received SKIL 30 Pc. Carbide-Tipped Router Bit Set with timely delivery. Unpackaged to find incomplete assembly of the hinge side of box. Latch (opening) side was secured by latches, but the hinge side opened while lifting out of shipping package. The rod/pin that threads through joining the top and bottom hinges is absent and nowhere in shipping packaging. Contacted SKIL customer service. Spoke with a very polite and thorough rep who ultimately determined I would have to send the kit back for a replacement. I opted to save time, gas and aggravation and instead use a piece of stainless safety wire immediately available. I have not had the opportunity to use this kit yet so this review is strictly for the way the defective product was received. Thank you.
