Much More Comfortable, But the Nose Flap is Annoying
I got this for my Quest 3, and it’s a big improvement over the standard face plate in terms of comfort. The padding is much softer, making longer play sessions way more comfortable, and it doesn’t leave as many marks on my face like the original one did. It also seems to block out more light, which is great for immersion.That said, the nose flap is bigger than expected and gets in the way. It tends to press down too much, and I found it a bit distracting. I might try trimming it slightly or just getting used to it over time.Overall, it’s a solid upgrade if you want better comfort for the Quest 3, but just be aware that the nose flap might take some adjusting to.

Better than the original
Extremely comfortable and just right for the fit. Made from soft material and the sponge is comfortable.

Compatible with Quest Accessories *Unless its the charging dock then no it's not Compatible*
It's comfortable, don't like the nose flap thing, doesn't fit on the Official Meta Quest 3 Charging Dock though. Very Disappointing..

Good product
At first it wasn’t really comfortable at the nose but then 1-2 weeks later I got used to it

Not great
Not great, this face piece felt stiffer and was more narrow than the original one. Painful and uncomfortable to wear because it is too small for the adult face.

Uncomfortable but good light blocking
This facial interface is well made and packaged however the nose flaps at the bottom used to block any light ounce your nose making it uncomfortable to wear. Also what appears initially to be soft padding is quite uncomfortable after maybe 30 mins. If you need glasses too there is little room and no depth adjustment. I would not recommend this unit.
