Good- calmer feeling !!!
Surprisingly good after just a few days!I’ve only been using this grounding sheet for a few days, but I’m already noticing a calmer feeling in the mornings. The material is soft, breathable, and the full wrap design fits the mattress perfectly. You can feel the quality – the cotton is comfy, and the silver fibers are well-distributed. Better sleep
I would like to know why you don’t get two plugs with it as there is two conductor points?

Not impressed so far
I like the quality of the cotton but for £95 I expected some change in how I sleep and how I feel physically. Three weeks in and I feel no different just £95 poorer

You have to try it to understand how this works
My weird sleeping patterns and constant waking up has driven me close to insanity. So my friend told me to buy this. I have slept so well every night since and actually manage to wake up before the alarm goes off. It’s like, I don’t know how to even describe this. It’s like my body is aware more :of the time, of the sounds. I don’t miss my alarm anymore, as before that happened allot due to me being so restless every night. I wish I could give more technical detail but seriously, I don’t know what and how it works, it just does. Bit high on price, but if it continues to do what it’s doing, then I guess It’s worth it.

No improvement
Been using this for about 3-4 weeks now and what a total waste of money.I’m still not sleeping, my hot sweats have got worse and my pains have no where near improved. I still struggle to get out of bed.The black rubber area where you connect the electrode leaked black all over the sheet when being washed.Wished I hadn’t wasted so much money on it.All the research I did proved it to be wrong. I won’t be using it no more will probably put it in the bin.

Quality sleep
I have had my sheet for a month now and I can say that my deep sleep has improved considerably, it is spread out throughout the night leaving me feeling like I’ve had a better sleep than before, I recommend that you try this sheet it’s not a miracle sheet but it certainly has helped us feel better.
