A clever tool for creative work!
I've been really enjoying Strategygrams by Sattar Khan — it has become one of my go-to resources for creative thinking. The book is cleverly designed, with each page presenting a poster / visual metaphor that captures key strategic concepts in a way that's easy to digest and immediately useful. One of the best things about Strategygrams is its versatility. I recently shared a few of the posters during client meetings, and they were a hit! The visuals sparked some great discussions and helped us navigate complex ideas more effectively than traditional methods. On a more personal note, I’ve made it a habit to open a random page every morning when I sit down to work. It’s a simple ritual that gets my creative juices flowing!Strategygrams isn’t just another book on strategy — it’s a practical tool that I can see myself using for a long time, in a variety of situations. Whether you’re working in strategy, design, or education, there’s something in here that can elevate your work. Highly recommend!

Strategygrams are a new way of presenting key ideas to build brands.
Strategygrams is a Master Class in how to build strategy, before building a brand. It is a significant contribution to thought leadership, primarily in the world of marketing. Two aspects make it unique. The first is the power of the strategic questions and thoughts, based on Sattar Khan's lifetime of high level experience across the corporate and geographical spectrum. The second is the crisp, arrestingly visual presentation of each 'Gram. We are all great visual learners, and this brilliant book, with dynamite on every page, is the perfect companion to have in your laptop bag, to dive into, for inspiration and new direction. If you're an ambitious young person with an eye on the C Suite, this is the best investment you can make in your future. If you're in the C Suite, here's food for thought, on every page. I bought 4 copies to share with friends who will find this book a treat. Far better than buying Candy or Whisky.

Sattar Khan's “Stratygrams” is an exceptional gem, so kudos to the author! A feast of imagination, ideas, and insight, both enriching and enjoyable. I closely followed the publication of each Strategram on social media, and I now have the entire collection, and many more, in this gorgeous book, which has become my ideating handbook. Thank you, Sattar for this pathbreaking book.

Timeless visual book on strategy
This unusual book is unlike any book on strategy I have ever come across. It doesn’t have chunks of paragraphs to absorb from.It doesn’t have to be read end to end, word to word to understand the concepts. It doesn’t have jargons or complex theories that strategists love to talk about. It has simple, thought-provoking visuals followed by a question to race our mind in a direction that safegaurds our brand/company’s strategy.

How to aim, how to shoot and how to fire.
Everybody who knows me knows my weakness for state-of-the-art-weaponry. I'm holding the first one of this year, Sattar Khan's fabulous Strategygrams. Like all fabulous arms, it is as snug as it needs to be, fully loaded, gives you the element of surprise and leaves opponents reduced to custard. Don’t be defenceless – get strapped now.

A handy strategy guide!
This is a great investment for those working on brand and marketing strategy. Using 170+ brilliantly-crafted visual metaphors, the author cajoles you to reevaluate your decisions, question your assumptions, and challenge what you thought was a winning strategy. Structured into three broad areas – Grasp the context, Shape your choices, Make the changes – this collection helps you think through the most ticklish aspects of your job. A very helpful index helps you to revisit the pages that you want to, for those users of the book who want to get back to wisdom they found particularly relevant. And a one-line pithy comment summarising the learning of every strategygram is a great way of reinforcing learning. For those teaching brand strategy to management students, these visual metaphors will enliven class-room discussions. All in all, a great read and a handy strategy guide.
