Barista Italiano 2 x 1KG Coffee Beans (VARIETY PACK)

I bought the coffee on the basis of other (good) reviews and I have not been disappointed (excuse the pun).I cannot review the individual blends because I mixed the two packs for use in my bean to cup machine.The coffee is delicious - some of the best I have ever purchased. However, as stated above, my review relates to mixing the beans - I could imagine that the 'Intenso Napoletano' might be rather bitter if used on its own (as some other reviewers may have found) but mixing in the 'Delicato Arabica' provided a near perfect coffee for my taste and at a very reasonable price.

Very pleased with the overall quality and flavour of this coffee . Have been using a bean to cup machine for a couple of months and have experimented with different beans , This is by far the best we have tried so far . This produces a dark rich coffee with a very intense flavour ....you won't be disappointed if you like strong coffee . I will be re-ordering this coffee

Medium roast, fairly neutral taste.No bitter after taste at all which I like.Overall good coffee. Tasted better but also tasted much worse.Take price into consideration and it's great coffee.

After getting our new machine in November last year we decided we would experiment with some different beans and ordered the Barista Italiano. This is now the second time re-ordering and we are happily hooked. The beans have an intense, authentic Italian flavour meaning my morning latte packs a great punch. As espresso they produce a great crema and strong flavour. I've noted some people say that the beans taste bitter, this hasn't been our experience, they just don't have that slight sweet nuttiness of some Arabica coffees. Would happily recommend.

As a guy that's very passionate and fussy about my coffee, I can say that this is now be my preferred coffee bean because it gives me an absolutely beautiful full flavoured cup of coffee. These beans are top quality and excellent value for money. If you enjoy good coffee then give these Barista Italiano beans a try,

Bought to use with programmable Cuisinart bean to cup. Makes the whole large early Victorian house smell wonderful. Quality of the beans - excellent - grinding - excellent (more the machine) - taste 10/10, brings back the memories of expresso in Italy, good strong taste.

Have only started to use the beans but very happy with the taste and the price.I usually use Illy beans but after reading some reviews decided to try some different brands. I use a considerable amount of coffee and decided that if I could get as good a brand as Illy I would give it a try.I must say that after reading the reviews I am really disappointed with this brand. Maybe I ordered the wrong one as I find these beans really bitter with very little crema. I still have one full bag and I will certainly not be using it. I have also tried Coffee Dellaffe Original blend beans and they are as good as Illy. This is personal taste but I cannot understand how people left such good feedback after trying them. They are certainly not for me. Sorry!
