Lovely taste
Great taste. I used 6 skinless Chicken thighs instead of mince beef. After cleaning the chicken thighs with fresh lemon slices and splashings of vinegar, I then rinse the chicken thighs with warm water, pat dry with kitchen paper towels. In a heavy cooking pot, brown the skinless chicken thighs (bone-in) in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, then added 1 small chopped onion, 4 fresh skinless chopped tomatoes. After 5 minutes of medium heat, I added packet contents, and 200ml of water, simmer for 40-minutes. Serve with rice.

I have to say these sauces are the best I’ve ever used. They are so Tasty and fresh and in date. Goes lovely with chilli con carne. A good size and you do get a lot from this sauce but I’ve always used 2 packets as I like a lot of sauce.

Meaty and simple!
Made this tonight and it went down a treat. We omitted the kidney beans as one of our family member does not enjoy them. I did deviate slightly from the directions listed on the sachet, but none the less it came out great.Here's my steps:1) As with all of my cooking that includes onions, I fried them off first until browned.2) I added the mince until browned and then sieved the excess fat off and then returned the browned onions and mince back into the saucepan.3) In a measuring jug (I used a 500ml one), I combined chopped tomatoes(tinned), the sachet contents and 150ml of water and mixed well.4) I then added the mixture to the mince and brought it to the boil. After boiled, I reduced the heat and then covered the saucepan and simmered for 30 minutes.5) Before plating, I had garnished it with some chopped coriander and a few slices of lime.This recipe also goes well with sour cream and/or salsa mixed into the sauce which really brings out the flavour.

Where's the chili flavor?
Flavor was nothing special I could barely taste any seasoning. I still needed to use lots of chili powder.I would not recommend.
