So, the experience of using 2 weeks. By far one of the best proteins I've tried. Very fine powder. Easily dissolves in water without forming foam at all. It dissolves completely, without lumps, even in cold liquid. Very small consumption, from that and a lot of portions. important! I chose this protein precisely because it does not contain lactose. As for the taste, it's too bright and too sweet for me. Here it is rather a disadvantage. However, there are more advantages by an order of magnitude. The main, fattest plus is its digestibility, here it is instant and without problems with gas formation.

With little knowledge about sports nutrition, I cautiously approached the world of protein supplements. Not wanting to spend a fortune on an unknown product, I chose BioTech USA "Iso Whey Zero" based on favorable reviews and its affordable price.I opted for the white chocolate flavor, imagining it would blend perfectly with milk. The packaging was impressive, effectively preserving the product. Even though my isolate lasted nearly a year (despite its expiration date), its quality remained uncompromised.This protein powder easily dissolves in liquids, giving a milky white hue. I've also experimented by adding it to my oatmeal. However, the taste was a letdown. The sweetness comes from artificial sweeteners. Furthermore, I felt nauseated after consuming it. When mixed with milk, this nauseating effect intensified compared to when it's diluted with water. This reaction might be personal, as even certain sweet treats like soufflés make me feel the same. It seems that the combination of sweetness and protein doesn't sit well with me.In conclusion, while the product might suit others, BioTech USA "Iso Whey Zero" didn't meet my expectations due to personal reasons.
