Yes, it is cheap and yes, you might be desperate to cover your dark spots but it isn't worth it. I have a skin tone close to celebs like Priyanka Chopra and Deepika, and this concealer doesn't cover anything well. It's way lighter than in the picture and the coverage is really flawed. It might as well draw attention to your dark spots rather than cover them
