My wife and I were wanting a simple way to communicate between our mountain bikes when riding. While it did take a little adjusting and twisting (tweaking the position/angle) of the earpieces, we both finally found the right spot. For us, we used the left ear and attached the control head to the right shoulder strap on our hydration packs. This allowed the cable to come under our chin and reduced the swinging cable (albeit a short one). That worked out well for both of us. We are in the 65+ age range, but still ride like 20 year olds tearing through the mountain bike trails. This system allowed us to easily communicate with each other. There is about a 1-2 second delay between pressing the PTT button (push to talk) and the actual voice transmit. The little button was easy to find with our fingered and fingerless gloves. Cold weather gloves will be a problem. The controls are easy to operate. The speaker audio is plenty loud except when traveling fast and/or in a very rough section. However, it is very obvious a call was make and usually with a minute or less we could respond when the speed and trail conditions allowed. While the Owner's Manual is a little short on details, it is still fairly easy to figure out. Both units came fully charged. We plugged them into our USP phone chargers and within a minute or two they were showing fully charged. Presently, I remain very pleased with the quality, fit and functionality of this intercom set. We bought these as Used, but as new. It was a great value for the money. I would easily (and have already) started recommending these to our riding friends. One thing to note, is that they can not connect to other systems. But for us, that is OK. Thanks.

I have a 2002 car (yes, it's over 20 years old) so obviously there isn't a BlueTooth connectivity built in. No USB port either. So to go hands-free on my phone, I have to deal with aftermarket BlueTooth devices. I have one that plugs into my cigarette lighter socket and plays through the stereo, however, you have to tune into a specific station and cannot listen to other stations if you're connected. And it's always on so if you answer your phone and don't need it hands-free because you're using earbuds instead, you have to select the other option since your phone will connect to BlueTooth first. This, however, is different. It doesn't connect through the stereo. The speaker is built into the device. So I already like it better. This means that I can use it to get directions on my phone but still play music on the stereo. And the speaker is really decent. No static (like the radio) and the sound is clear. To me, it's like any smart speaker for your house. I can play music off my phone via a streaming app and while it doesn't sound as good as my car's speakers, I can't find fault with it. It can pick up talking without the device needing to be directly in front of you. I leave mine clipped to the passenger side visor and it hears me just fine. And so far, I haven't needed to recharge it. Mind you, I haven't used it for hours yet, but maybe an hour here, an hour several weeks later. The initial setup was easy. And now, I only need to turn it on and it effortlessly connects to my phone. When I play music from my phone, it automatically plays in the device rather than making me choose where to play it, which comes in handy when you're driving and shouldn't be messing with devices and phones. I'm happy with it so far. I'm glad I got it.

My radio doesn’t work so I’ve turned to this Bluetooth speaker. For on the road music this really does hit. If you like to blast music I’d recommend an actual Bluetooth speaker since this volume goes as high as your phone the angle of it being right above your head makes it seem loud. The automatic Bluetooth connect is very convenient but if your standing near your car and you get a call it will connect to the car leaving you unable to hear the phone. Also yet to see if the Siri works for this

After using this for several months, I can confirm it is a high-value, high-quality product. Lightweight, long battery life, rapid automatic connection. Phone pairing was easy and I only had to do it once. As with any new device there is a tiny learning curve at the beginning, getting used to the position of on/off switch and volume knob, but that's about it. The only thing I'd say I wish were different might be an engine off detection to beep and remind me to turn it off (for battery conservation) before exiting the vehicle. However, I don't think that's a standard feature on any of these types of devices so nothing to hold against this product. All in all a high quality product at a very reasonable price.

Gave it 3 stars, took me forever to get to moms, opened the box pared quick and easy. Speaker is loud, easy to use. But! No one can hear you. Too late to return, probably just throwing it away.

I bought this and I am now shopping for another one. I have two major issues first the call volume will not get loud. It's strange because the map navigation is loud but call volume is not. I did go in the phone settings and turned the Bluetooth connection setting to speaker and disabled the setting that's supposed to keep it from being to loud in case your wearing headphones so your ears won't get damaged. It still plays calls low and map navigation high. I tried both with my androidprrsonal phone and my iPhone work phone. The next thing is there is at least a 5 second delay. If you want to use your voice to send text can you hit the microphone on your phone and start talking only half it'll be there cuz you got to wait at least 5 seconds for it to be before you can start talking. That right there was a deal breaker I need one with no delay

Love this thing. It is great for people with old cars. The battery lasts forever. You can use your cell phone charger to charge. Your slip right onto your visor and you hardly notice it there!. I turn it off when I get out of the car and turn it on when I get in.

Works well. Great sound if it's right over you on the sunshade.... Further could be an issue. I use it mostly for music and audiobooks (Via Bluetooth with my cell) No issues so far. The battery lasts long!!! I went on a road trip for many days and only charged it before I left.

We needed the bluetooth speaker to play our music streamed from our cell phones while on our road trip. There are many places without radio stations and we listen to our music through this bluetooth speaker in the evenings while relaxing (not driving). Also works great for hands free mobile calls. The rechargeable battery retains strength for a very long time and it is super easy to set up & use. Love it!! Has improved our road trip immensely. ❤️

This isn’t stereo - it only has a single speaker Works well, small. I use it as a small travel conference call speaker Only problem is the mute button when activated makes an intermittent beeping sound
