Lovely product i really like it because before i bought and the product was awfull brown powder and throw it away and bought this really very good product i am now using every day after doing lot of research for weight loss and also good for digestion i feel good will see how it works value for money and mixes well with water

Psyllium husk, does what it says on the tin (bag). It is great for adding to gluten free baking, or add to cereal or oatmeal for extra fibre. You only need a very small amount, so a bag will last ages, making it good value for money. It doesn't really taste of much, so you can add it to anything. Start with small amounts, as suddenly adding a lot of fibre can affect digestion and make you bloated before your body gets used to it. I prefer to keep the psyllium husk in a jar, but the pouch is pretty good and the seal works well.
