Efficiently makes lots of ice, quiet, and convenient.

The ice maker arrived very well packaged, and everything seems very thoughtful, comes with water filter, mini ice shove...etc. We bought it as part of our bar project. The only things is to remember is get a faucet adaptor that maybe our faucet is not standard sized? and is not compatible with the water line the ice maker came with. I’ve been using the ice maker, and it works great! The stainless steel under-counter the appearance is great. It makes plenty of ice and stores enough for all my needs. The customizable ice cube sizes are perfect for everything from cocktails to filling coolers, and the control panel is easy to use. I also like the self-cleaning feature and the water filter that keeps the ice fresh. After testing it, I can say it’s been a reliable addition to my kitchen.

Leaks out of the box. Return window is only 30 days, but we weren’t able to install until after that window closed due to build delays. Not recommended for the price, no way to get product support through Amazon.

This has been a great addition to our garage. We go through ice frequently and the kitchen fridge ice maker can never keep up. Never mind when summer rolls around and we need to fill our coolers with ice. Getting this machine will save me tons this summer not having to constantly buy bags of ice. It runs smooth and pretty quiet. Can easily fill a cooler with beverages. Really like the quality for the price I paid.

Works well

The icemaker itself is good.The Cons: the drain line provided is not insulated, because it is draining cold water it will condensate. I purchased an insulated drain line and had to make some adaptors. The black hose is the provided drain line. Also the short insulated hose that came with the sump did not fit properly.The sump box is poorly insulated. I tested for condensation before installation will some ice water. It condensated immediately. I added insulation to the sump and coated it with rubber seal to keep the insulation from coming apart.The supplied filter housing is cheap. It does not have a shut off when the filter is removed. I replaced the filter with a GE filter.I circled in red a repair that had to be made on the ice drop flap. There is a float switch in the water circulation bucket. It was hitting the ice flap, not allowing water to fill. Also the ice flap would not move. I removed the ice flap and cut out a corner. Now the float switch and flap move freely, and the ice maker is making ice. This is a serious quality control issue. The customer should not have to modify a machine to make it work from day 1!!!!There is no dust skirt at the bottom. It had to be custom made. Maybe not an issue for most residential installations.Pros: The ice maker feels solid. The stainless finish is nice. It fits a standard under counter Ice maker opening. It makes ice quickly. It is relatively quiet. The ice cubes are good quality and clear.

So I am changing my review because the company actually reached out to me and handled the problem and with complete grace and professionalism. I appreciate there understanding of my issues. The experience wasn’t perfect but did they did take swift action. I will be talking with this company more just in sheer reason. And no they didn’t pay me for a good review either. My wife thinking about getting an ice machine for a long time, and we spend lots of time looking for the right size. And this one seems perfect for my kitchen, since we have very limited spaces. This ice machine not only come with all the equipment hoses and also come with water filter, drain pump with electricity, and also cleaning solutions. The set up is easy and simple, come with manual inside. I will say it me 30 mins total for setting up the whole ice machine, for a person don’t know how to do pumping, I don’t see any leak on the floor after 3 days of use so far, I think I did a very good job. The manual is very easy to understand. The ice machine is makes ice fast, faster than my refrigerator that I had. Im also very happy with the capacity of the ice machine, it’s about 5 times bigger than my refrigerator. Ice machine doesn’t make much noise as well, it stays very quiet, only hear it when the ice drop down.Over all, I’m super happy about this purchase, I would recommend to my friends! It’s perfect for home use!
