Be prepared for the giraffic jams
So when Amazon asked me how the product fit, I almost selected too large. That's because it was so chock full of awesomeness that I couldn't be tamed. I was a wild animal. King of the jungle... Well dinner for the queens of the jungle anyways. Seriously, women couldn't keep their hands off me. It was very distracting. Honestly, the worst part of being a giraffe was when I saw my identical twin roll up to the party. Shifty eyed giraffe he was, we needed to fight. If you've never seen a giraffe fight, things got ugly quick. But i digress. Being a giraffe for a night made me realize the other 364 days of my year were lackluster. So now I'm a giraffe 24/7 and my life has never been better. Oh and if you're thinking about buying this costume, it was really well made and fit comfortably. The head got a little top heavy when I loaded it up with newspaper and such but it was well worth all the comments I got. I really hope that turns you off from buying it because I'd hate to come across you in public while we're both wearing the costume and have to fight you. My neck still hurts from the last time.

Fits big and tall & hilarity ensues
I'm a 6' 4" 220 lbs guy, and the only thing "small" about this was the pants. They left about an inch between my ankle and shoes. Nothing to dock a star for this, since it was hilarious to wear and see people's reactions, especially the day before Halloween in Times Square. Even the costumed people there normally were giving hi-fives and laughing at the ridiculousness of an already tall person wearing a giraffe outfit. Would buy another animal costume again from this company. The clothes feel like under armor a bit, and get quite warm. I'm not worried about ripping them either as they are roomy enough to do walking and random giraffe poses. Just a minor concern is that you should fill the head with plastic bags or something to poof it up, it comes flat, otherwise this is fantastic.

Great 'stume - would recommend
This is a great costume. The only downside was the head. It fit pretty well, but after I put stuffing in it so that it would look the way it should, it was kind of heavy. Whenever I would move my head or look down it would slip around. However, after continuous cherry bombs and Busch Waters I quit caring as much and enjoyed looking like a giraffe. The hooves attached to the sleeves are absolutely perfect and can be worn, or not, wearer's choice. I chose not to wear the hooves all that much as it made gripping my ice cold beverage a little more difficult. When I did choose to slip them on, they were conveniently hanging from my sleeves. Funny costume, good price.

Funny costume was a huge hit at the party
This was a huge hit at my Halloween party. I'm a tall fella so this was a perfect costume. I also wore it to work and everyone took pictures with me. The pull over head piece made my beard pop which made it even more funny. I had to buy some stuffing from a fabric store to stuff the head part and then the head was a bit unstable and hard to keep on. But totally worth it. Great for parties and would definitely fit anyone. I'm 6'6" 240lbs and I had no problem getting this thing to fit me.

ok for price, but not the greatest
as far as costumes go, it's good enough. I did not get this expecting that it would fit well, but it is definitely very large on me, and I am a slight above average woman are far as size goes. I am 5'7" and the top hangs about halfway down my thighs. the edges are also all only finished with a surger, they are not turned under, which does not look very good. The head of the giraffe need to be stuffed in order to stay up, but then once it is stuffed, it is too heavy to stay up with the help of the flimsy velcro that attaches it to the top. However, if you just want a giraffe costume for fun at a good price and don't care how it looks, this is the costume for you

Recommended if you want to make people laugh.
For the price, I would not have been able to pull off a fun costume such as this one. Everybody loved it. I was the random Giraffe in the group of people who went all out and I had the most compliments because of how stupid/funny it was. The head was a little flimsy; especially the nose area but that was easily fixed when i stuffed it with newspaper. I could have probably stuffed some newspaper in the neck area as well to keep the head looking straight forward but it was a fun costume none-the-less. One other thing I should note since I was pleasantly surprised by it; there's a slit in the sleeve near your hands so that you can quickly pull your hands out of the costume if needed. Usually my costumes are thrown out after I've used them for the year but I think I'm going to keep this one.

Love this thing
Love this thing - definitely got a lot of attention last Halloween, even at the GIANT half-million-people-crammed-into-6-blocks West Hollywood Halloween Carnival - which has absolutely the most insane costumes you can imagine. You definitely have to stuff the head with something - some people here recommended newspaper, I actually suggest filling up a few new non-holey Ziploc bags with air and shoving 'em in there - it's lighter and easier to remove after. The head part has a velcro bit that attaches to your chest, but oddly, nothing to attach to your back - so we attached it to my back with a safety pin (would've flopped around way too much without that). That did the job. As for the fit - I'm 6'3" and fairly fit and had zero problems. It's quite comfy and feels like you're wearing pajamas, though you'll be accidentally smacking your "head" on every doorway you go through. Get it. Have fun. Expect people to want to take pictures with you, because they will.

The Ladies Can't resist the Longneck...
A buddy and I bought these for the San Francisco fest Bay2Breakers and people loved it! Everyone wanted pictures, some DJ gave us a shout out, and the costumes got us into random house parties (plus our amazing dance skill didn't hurt). I give it 4.5 stars only because the head started tilting a little by the end of the day and it's a little tough to figure out the balance of how much newspaper to stuff in it. But totally worth the money and look forward to wearing it again.

Good fit!
I’m a big girl and I fit into this costume! Yay! It’s kind of a cute character. The head needs to be boofed out with crumpled newspaper or something so that it looks 3D, but I’m pretty happy with my “Geraldine” (Giraffes Can’t Dance) suit.

Great!
Head is slightly floppy so stuffed it with tissue and it was brilliant.

Looks great for tall guys but expect it to fray.
I'm 6'4 (194cm) and this costume fit me very well. If you're just planning on taking it to a house party it should hold up well enough but anything outdoors will fray it quite a lot. The head comes floppy and so requires additional filling, I'd recommend bubble wrap.
