Dear Amazon Customer Service,I am writing to report a problem with a recent purchase I made through your website. Specifically, the camera that I received is not working properly and has caused me significant frustration and distress.The camera in question is the Acuver digital Model, which I ordered on April 24, 2023. After receiving the item, I attempted to take photos with it, but found that it is unable to capture any images. I have tried adjusting the settings, changing the batteries, and consulting the manual, but nothing seems to resolve the issue.
