Haynes 4167 Workshop Manual

A perfectly usable 2nd-hand manual with unbroken spine and no missing or loose pages. As advertised, it is a used example and therefore has the odd 'grubby fingerprint' on a few pages, just as one would expect from a workshop manual that has 'seen action'. An ideal 'working copy' which you are not afraid to use in a similar way, at a substantial discount from new. AND. It has just occurred to me that to re-use an item for its original, intended purpose has to be the ultimate in 'recycling'! I'm very pleased with this purchase.

and it answers many questions that you won't find the answers for on google so well worth the money.

I got this book as my partner and I both have a ford focus I. Since i've gotten this book I have done the following: tightened my hand brake cable, fixed the cd player, changed a few bulbs and the biggest job i've doen is changed the rear drum brake shoes (albiet with help from my brother). This book is very handy, but not a one stop shop: I find if you use it in conjunction with the internet is best. The Internet is full of info: some good , some not so good. With this book you can easily screen the good from the bad. Also even if you never attempt the bigger jobs, this book is full of useful tips on the little things that people might take for granted (like how to deal with a streaky windscreen). Previous to buying this book the biggest job i had done is a mini service of my car (oil change, oil filter and air filter), so I'm not very experienced.

Good manual as always had to get this one as there is no st170 manual this is the nearest one to it

If your looking only to do simple tasks on your focus or to do complete servicing or overhaul this book is a must. Detailed explanations and tips on how to do the very simple to the very complex jobs. Excellent!

it is what it is, great for any diy jobs on your vehicle, explains everything indepth and also has a difficulty rating so you can see if your capable to fulfill the job.

a standard Haynes manual. What more can you say? Except that is. I wish Haynes would go back to the old style of having a fault finding section for each part of the manual.

Good old Haynes ......never ever seem to have enough information of what your problem is, even when it happens to be a known model recurring problem . Always the big stuff in detail , but lacking in pictures on basic nigerly problems . e.g The under bonnet fuse box could have shown pictures of the different models boxes, instead of on size fits all diagram.and explain relays and common occurrences to check ..had to use the owners hand book to figure it out in the end. problem was both dip beams stopped....was not a fuse or relay was both bulbs blowing at once ????? new bulbs & sorted Not much else on the market at this price, so they are still around.....going to buy the disc for my computer ,not so portable though

Libro molto interessante per chi come me ama ripararsi la macchina da se o almeno vorrebbe capirci qualcosa in più. libro ben fatto con descrizioni accurate tipo di chiavi da utilizzare con l'indicatore della difficoltà. Comprato un anno fa ed ha realmente soddisfatto ogni mio dubbio che sia stato lo smontaggio o il posizionamento di alcuni componenti ci sono foto che descrivono i passaggi Che dire molto completo L'ho comprato perchè non ho la possibilità ogni volta di andare nel garage con il computer, interneto utilizzare il mio smartphone è lo trovo comodo per questo la versione cartacea è in inglese ma per me non è un problema anzi è un buon modo per poter imparare dei termini tecnici che non conosco
