It was easy to use. It was hard to evaluate the claim regarding accuracy. I felt like my first three shots grouped better but it might also have been less wind and a freshly cleaned barrel.

It worked great on a barrel I bought used and it had a lot of buildup in it. I used this to clean it up and polish it.

I bought some of the stuff to do some polishing/ lapping of rifle barrels. This quantity, while it looks to be small seems like it will last me a lifetime as it doesn't take much to be effective. It worked very well for my use.

I’ve tried numerous cleaners and this one removes it all! Takes a little polishing but there isn’t anything left afterwards. I have a boroscope and most other cleaners leave visual carbon behind.

Used this on a badly rusted Mosin Nagant bore. First I soaked the bore 3 times in Evapo Rust over the course of 3 days until it came out clear. This left me with a bore that looked like the inside of a cave, lots of pits and jagged edges. I then applied this compound to a copper brush, chucked it up in the drill, and started going back and forth, relying on the bristles to get down in to the grooves. After about 10 passes up and down the bore, I then removed the brush and drill and switched to the jag and patches, adding more JB compound and hand swabbing back and forth for about 30 passes with 1 patch, then using more patches with less passes until the patches came back clean. This gave me a bore that was still quite pitted, but was no longer jagged. The surface was very smooth, the lands even shined. The pitting in the grooves was diminished, looking more like frosting now. The rifling is very clear and defined. This now looks like a very shootable bore, at the very least it is now safe to shoot and will not cause any serious drag on the bullet that could raise pressures. Amazing stuff. This stuff is essential for anyone who wants to shoot milsurp.

had heavy lead fouling in my bore, a caked on layer, that took a lot of work to remove, used kroil, hoppes 9 and brass brushes with rods attached to my hand drill, after 15 minutes of this the bore was finally clean (at least to my eyes) then I rubbed JB on a patch , wrapped the patch around a nylon bristle brush and into my drill, made a few passes and couldn't believe how much more lead came out after I thought it was clean. I know this isn't the "micro polishing" model but it still seamed to polish my chrome bore. essentially alll those hairline scratches are gone and the inside of my Benelli M4 bore looks like a brand new chrome car rim lol.

This is a great product after removal of cooper n carbon with a solvent this product will help to remove whatever is left in rifle barrel leaving a shiny bore.

Give rifle bore a really good scrubbing... never seen a product do as food a job!

I've used JB Blue for years and Its a good product for heavily used,poorly cleaned rifle barrels that need some extra 'oomph' to clean out heavy fouling or copper. However, as it is mechanically abrasive, misusing it can do damage so read up on it's use thoroughly & use it with caution and common sense. Recommended.
