BAGSMART Compression Packing Cubes for Travel

Although I haven't used these yet, they arrived today and on inspection I know they are going to be great. Originally I thought cubes were a waste of money when they came out. (I already had my methods, right? and they worked well). But I won a package at a seminar, so I tried them out. They are much better than packing without cubes. I love that they keep all of my clothes organized so unless I really want to, I never have to unpack completely on a trip. The next time I won a package (how did that happen ? I don't win stuff) it was a well known brand of compression cubes which were a brand new idea at the time. They were great but could have been better. Why? Because they opened at the end and didn't open all the length of the cube, only about nearly half way. When I saw these I knew this was an improvement. Cubes that open their entire top surface are far more functional than other designs. I also find the cube that one can see into without opening are more efficient on a trip than those that are opaque. These, although the entire top isn't all mesh it is enough to remind me what is in that particular cube. They seem very durable and well made and I expect to get a lot of great use out of them. The fact that they can compress won't lighten the weight of your suitcase but it will require less room which is a bonus for certain trips (like to cold places allowing you to condense that sweater or jacket until you need it). I have found that a compressed garment springs back to itself in seconds whether it is cashmere or fleece without ever harming the garment. If you've ever used the plastic compression bags that you have to roll up you will love these. These are lighter weight and not stiff like the plastic compression bags and a whole lot easier to use: just use the double zipper and voila! You won't be sorry for this purchase and comparing around this is a good price as well. I haven't traveled without cubes for years and I never will. They are just too useful and handy!

This is my third set of Bagsmart packing cubes. I have a pink set for myself and a purple for my daughter. I purchased this black one for my husband. We use them regularly for family trips, and he uses his set when traveling for work. For our family, they are a lifesaver. We try to limit our luggage to one suitcase (maybe two for a longer trip - a larger size and smaller). Which means all our clothes usually end up together. The packing cubes not only help save space, but they keep everyone's clothes organized. I can easily find all of my socks or all of my daughter's shirts because the items are packed together. The cubes also keep us from overpacking on longer trips - if it doesn't fit in the cubes, something has to come out. We've used our pink and purple sets for about a year now, and they are in great shape. No holes, no rips, zippers still work great. The compression works well to keep things packed tightly and save space. Highly recommend this brand as I have several of their other travel bags!

I never used or believed in packing cubes until they were recommended to me for an international trip. These ones were perfect because they fit so much! Nice quality, no weird smell, aesthetically cute, and well priced in my opinion. They were such a lifesaver in keeping me organized and not overstimulated when shuffling around my suitcase. I’m officially a fan.

I did not have high expectations for these but they were great!!! Bought these for a trip to Ireland, Whales, and England. Since we were traveling a lot we only wanted to pack a carry on sized suitcase and these made it work! We packed for 12 days and used different bags for undergarments, pants, tops, etc and they kept everything very compact and easy to find what we needed and zip it closed quickly. We REALLY shoved A LOT into our bags and the zippers did not break and the bags did not tear! We really tested their limits and they held up!!!

Pros: The compression packing bags offer a variety in sizes and is impressive in the amount of how much clothes can fit in the cubes. Cubes are durable in appearance and will see how well they hold up. Cons: draw back maybe the price. Overall: so far these bags are well structured but have no other cubes to make a comparison.

These are high quality cubes that have made my packing so much easier! The double zippers are sturdy and compress clothes into neat little packages. I highly recommend these!!!

These bags work by having an extra zipper. After you fill and close the bag, you zip the extra zipper. It works to some extent, but I didn’t feel it gave me substantially more room. I am debating whether to keep them or to go to a real vacuum sealer. On the plus side, it is more compact than my regular packing cubes. That’s good. They will not give me enough compression to take a smaller piece of luggage which was what I was hoping to do.they are attractive, the are lighter than my other cubes, and they come in very convenient sizes. As I said, I am torn.

These work very well, the zipper pushes out the air and makes the cube into about half the size. I have regular packing cubes, but these hold much more. Especially if you can’t do laundry and are gone for over a week.

Quality Issues better go for more expensive packing cubes. stiches are so bad
