Vital Nutrients Pro-15 Advanced Probiotic, 30 Vegan Tablets

I started with the Hyperbiotics Pro 15 which are smaller in size for my son to swallow. I then switched my whole family to the Pro-15 Advanced Strength Probiotics that has Kiwi Extract, a super fruit ingredient that helps solve digestion problems and promotes colon health while helping your probiotics colonize within your intestinal tract. Kiwi extract naturally includes prebiotics, polyphenols, a kiwi-unique enzyme called actinidin, and insoluble fiber. For over a year my son had diarrhea and cramps that would bring him to tears and as a dad it just broke my heart for him to have to go through this about every day for a year while we went to Dr. after Dr. then to specialist after specialist and each time they all would prescribe my son antibiotics so his immune system got so ran down that he would catch every little bug at school and for sure he became antibiotic resistant. I was so frustrated with my son going through all of this for a year that I started doing research on my own and every symptom he had pointed to a serious overgrowth of candida and WebMD says - "Antibiotics promote yeast infections, including gastrointestinal Candida overgrowth, and penetration of the GI mucosa.[8] While women are more susceptible to genital yeast infections, men can also be infected. Certain factors, such as prolonged antibiotic use, increase the risk for both men and women" I also started researching probiotics and found the Hyperbiotics web site and they had 15 different strains of good bacteria with a super high amount in every special tablet that is time released over a 8 to 10 hour period. This is so important because you will see all kinds of probiotics out there in capsule form that will dissolve in your stomach which ruins the probiotics because they must have this 8 to 10 hour time released window to start dissolving through your small intestines and finishing up in your large intestines or your just wasting your money. I printed out all the case study material on probiotics being used to fight candida and also used in combination with antibiotics where they fight together against the candida and the new specialist took an X ray and agreed to try the Hyperbiotics probiotics along with antibiotic's and to come back in 2 weeks. Before I left the Doctors office I found a drinking fountain and gave my son his first dose of the Hyperbiotics Pro 15 tablets which is what we started with and I gave my son another dose before he went to bed. The next morning he felt a little better and each day he got better and we kept him on the Hyperbiotics Pro 15 tablets. I then ordered the Hyperbiotics Pro 15 ( Advanced ) which has the Kiwi in it which really gives the probiotics a boost and works like a food for the probiotics. We went back to the specialist two weeks later and my son had no more diarrhea, no stomach cramps, and was feeling like a normal 8 year old again.The Dr. did one last examination on my son and he was pretty amazed that my son recovered so fast and told me he had not seen a kid that sick recover so fast and he was very impressed with the Hyperbiotics probiotic and to keep him taking the probiotics every day. I was so lucky to find the Hyperbiotics probiotics, that I called the company up and told them the story of this year long ordeal and sincerely thanked them because it was only when the antibiotics was combined with the Hyperbiotics probiotics did it finally cure my son. I would highly recommend the Hyperbiotics Pro 15 Advanced to everyone because it will protect you from getting sick all the time and my family never goes a day without taking it.

10/10 stars - what a stellar product! About 7 months ago I started developing unusual bloat and nausea. I couldn't eat a boiled egg or a slice of bread without feeling uncomfortable and overstuffed, and then spending hours struggling with indigestion. It had me staggering in panic because I had no clue what was causing it. Shortly later, horrendous acid-reflux accompanied an already sickening dilemma, and I knew I needed to do something. I'm an anxious person by nature, so this sudden flare-up sent me spiraling down the rabbit hole (wait for me, Alice!) Google is your enemy when it comes to researching symptoms. Tapeworms, peptic ulcers, stomach cancer. All of these ailments blaring at me from my computer monitor, feeding the fire of hypochondria. A phone call and four days later, my doctor diagnosed me with gastritis. As you can guess, I was put on ppi's and told to give up all the fun foods and beverages that make life worth living. When I got home I decided I would first try to fix this from an alternative standpoint (the decision was not influenced by pizza... ahem.) I didn't want to spend the rest of my life dependent on Omeprazle, which can do more harm than good. I gave it two weeks. If it didn't warrant the results I wanted, I would take the ppi's and hope for the best. I took everything from mastic gum to licorice root, zinc supplements, diet change, etc. None of it was really helpful; defeat loomed over my shoulder and cast a shadow like a wicked stepmother. I was taking Culturelle probiotics at the time which might as well have been a Skittle given how effective it was. With one last ditch effort, I came across PRO-15 with kiwi... and everything changed. It was like feeling the sun on your face for the first time after months of Alaskan winter darkness. The number of strains in this product is astronomical compared to most popular brands. I ordered it, which arrived within two days. You can take up to three a day. As a tip, be sure to keep these in your refrigerator to ensure quality and longevity. A few days after a 2-pill a day regime... I felt an amazing difference. I could eat an entire cheeseburger with all the fixings and still have room for dessert. My indigestion and stomach inflammation went away. My stomach would growl with anticipation and hunger which startled me at first as it's been so long where I've had a healthy appetite; a ferocious beast unshackled after years confined in a cage. I went all Hulk and nearly tore off my refrigerator door. No more acid reflux, no more bitter regurgitation, bloat, pain, discomfort... NO MORE NAUSEA! I could even indulge on alcohol and not worry about the consequences! Disco. I am not a medical professional, nor am I encouraging one to ignore medical advice. I chose a different path of treatment for my body, and I'm so happy I did. I highly recommend this probiotic as a staple for anyone's diet, whether they have tummy issues or not. I still maintain two a day; one in the morning with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, and one in the late evening. Will keep buying until the day I die!

First off, I am not a paid or free trial for feedback person. I came to this product a couple weeks ago because I have had chronic issues that send me to the bathroom about 4-6 times a day with liquid bowel. Part of it is a lot of medication, hip replacement, and there is also some diet issues I have been working on for a while. Almost every time I eat out I suffer. I was also low energy and some dizziness, skin moisture balance issues, fatty liver (slight but I am betting it is a part of the package). I was reading and talking to friends who are very pro probiotics and much of my issues the last few years sound like some of theirs before probiotics. So while they recommended the cheap stuff from the grocery store and time, I wanted more. I looked at reviews for days before deciding on this product and giving it a go. I experienced immediate results! In the first day I had some elevated energy and maybe some burnout at night which is great because I have trouble sleeping usually. I am down to 1 or 2 visits to the restroom with much less excitement (we will leave it at that). A week in and I feel like a new person really or rather an old version of myself when everything worked better. This product does more for me than my organic produce delivery I get weekly or even exercise. If your issue is imbalance in your system then this is a probiotic with a punch I would say :) Give er a go! I am writing this review because there seem to be a lot of weird ones from paid people or people that push other products and don't get right down to personal experience with this product. Made it very hard to make up my mind on which probiotic to try. I am glad my first shot out there was so successful and I hope yours is too.

Update: After posting this review, I received an email from Andrea at Hyperbiotics apologizing for the poor quality of the tablet. She offered a replacement bottle explaining (as I know, I am in the business) that sometimes things happen in shipping that affect the quality of the tablet. This was a manufacturing issue, but the point is that she recognized that there was a quality issue and offered to rectify the problem. Andrea was out of the office and Laura returned my email very quickly. I quickly received the new bottle as promised and, as promised the tablets were as expected. I have increased my rating to 4 stars. Customer service is certainly a 5, and that means a great deal to me when making purchasing decisions. The only reason for giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that, as a scientist, I can't really say that the product has helped me much. However, I also can't say that it hasn't helped me. I feel better but I am also watching my diet and taking other steps to manage my condition and so, anything I report is anecdotal, I have no control study :) I know that there are people who are hoping that probiotics may be a "cure" and I would not want to mislead. But I will say that I believe the product has helped, at least as part of my therapy, there have been no untoward effects and the customer service is great. If you feel that probiotics may help, I don't see a downside in taking some and the product from this company, and the people who stand behind it, are excellent. Original review: I have used Pro-15 for quite a while. I usually have ordered the 5 billion CFU, 15 strain bottle and have been very satisfied. Last order that bottle was not availabale but this (I believe) newer version was. At 15 billion CFU, 15 strains and less than double the price of the 5B CFU for 3x as much, I thought this would be a good deal. The bottle arrived and when I opened it there was a lot of dust. The 5B CFU tablets were very nicely compressed and there was no dusting at all. There were also some, not many, broken tablets. Obviously, the tablets were not well pressed and they were gritty and dusty and not pleasant to swallow. As regards efficacy, hard to say: after taking these for about two weeks, my stomach irregularities returned. In fairness, I am not sure that this is happening because the tablets are not as effective as the 5B CFU or are much more effective, perhaps too much so. I see that the 5B CFU are available again and I will go back to them and will perhaps try the 15B later on and hope that they resolve the tablet pressing issues.

I'm 22 years, 6'4", about 175 lbs @ 10% body fat. I've had IBS symptoms, lack of appetite for most of my life. Recently, it has become very hard to deal with. I would get very bad acid reflux, and nausea from any food I would eat. Evening time was the only time I could stomach something. I really wanted to put on some muscle mass and eat more like a Viking.. So I started experimenting. I tried a parasite cleanse, and digestive enzymes, which helped somewhat. Then I picked up a cheap probiotic from Wal - Mart. It helped.. So I thought I was onto something. So then I found this product.. I've been waiting all day to get home so I can take my first pill.. I'll be honest.. I felt it work within 20-30 minutes. I became ravenously hungry.. It's been 3 hours and I'm still stuffing food! It feels so good to eat again. It truly was that simple. Fast forward, I was bitten by a brown recluse and needed heavy antibiotics for 10 days. After that course of antibiotics, my probiotics were knocked out almost completely (I had also dropped my Hyperbiotics dosage to a 5 Billion pearl, once a day). I hadn't considered an increase my probiotic intake (especially since I'm on a super tight budget). Recently I had gotten to a point to where I had no appetite, only aching pains in my stomach, and went 1-2 days with as much as an apple for food. So I saw my doctor. He suggested I have "spastic colon" or IBS and recommended a probiotic. I didn't go for his Walmart brand suggestion, instead I've turned to this. It's been 2 days of 15 billion 2x/day, and I notice a MAJOR turnaround in mood, appetite, digestion, bowel movements etc. I still have a ways to go, as these antibiotics were VERY aggressive. But I know with these probiotics, I'll be healthy again!! Thank you Hyperbiotics, will be buying FOREVER!

My daughter's appendix burst a few years back, this landed her in ICU for weeks fighting for her life to recover from a septic infection. From that point on she always had stomach problems which we (and the doctors) thought was due to the trauma her entre system went through. Well after almost 3 years of watching her loath mealtimes and pushing her to eat I got tired of waiting and started doing some of my own research! As it turns out it was more likely a problem with the mega doses of Broad Spectrum Antibiotics they put her on when she was in the hospital. Yes they saved her but while they do kill off the bad bacteria...they are not selective, they also destroyed her healthy gut flora. In a mode of desperation I contacted HyperBiotics...I was blown away at the personalized, informative, well thought out response (and follow up responses) I received! They recommended this formula to start (I originally ordered the standard formula). My daughter has been through 2 bottles but well before today she stopped having issues after meals, her mood perked up, she was less irritable and had more energy! I have my daughter back in a big part, thanks to hyperbiotics! My wife and I were so impressed we started taking them as well...I had reduced bloating and both my wife and I lost weight and slept better! I would reccomend these to anyone; to that statement, I did recommend them to my mother and she had such a positive response in one week she ordered a bottle for my father as well. I wish I could give MORE stars! Side note: I PAID full price for my bottles, I was not given any compensation for my review. I only say that because I know some reviewers did have a sample and had positive results but I am a paying customer and will be for a long time to come!

Digestive Disturbances: Research has shown probiotics to be helpful for diarrhea, gas, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s and H. pylori infection. Had a good thermal seal under lid and was plastic wrapped on the outside. Now with all supplements make sure you talk with your doctor about them and let them know you are on them.

I felt like the original pro-15 was helping my digestion to be more regular. I wanted to try an increase to see if I'd notice more benefits but since I've been taking the advanced, my digestion is less regular again. I don't understand how more cfu would make it less effective so now I'm just feeling confused.
