For my travel, I needed a multi outlet battery pack and this battery pack is an all in everything solution for my personal phone which is the iPhone 11 Pro Max, my 2nd work phone which is the iPhone 15 Pro Max, tablet, neck fan, Bluetooth speaker and few other devices as well to charge combination of all these devices at the same time which is the best feature. The 2 inbuilt wires of it have 1 Lightning cable and 1 USB-C cable which help simultaneously charge both my iPhones and then I am further able to connect a regular USB cable and another USB-C cable to 2 inlets to charge my other devices too simultaneously including my critical office devices during work travel.The capacity of 38800 mAh is pretty big and provides juice to charge all my devices multiple times on it's single full charge and then the moment this battery pack discharges, I simply plug it to the wall outlet to have it recharge.Few stand-out features:A) Even if charging 4 devices at the same time together from this battery pack, I have noticed that it never gets too hot and at max, I have noticed it becoming slightly warm so I feel it's internal components are designed very well.B) The 2 inbuilt cables in it are designed so good and have 2 slots on the back of this power bank to snap them inside those slots such that there is no fear of these cables twisting or breaking off during travel which I felt was a really intelligent design from the manufacturer. And both these inbuilt cables are capable of fast-charging my iPhones which helps me save time a lot especially during work crunch situations and also while I am flying and away from electricity outlets.C) The small LED display on the side of this power bank efficiently displays the remaining juice and gives an indication of recharge needed when the % left comes near the lower number.D) BEST FEATURE 1: The plug to connect to wall outlet is able to directly snap out and snap back it and thereby helps to get this power bank a compact design and also while this power bank is connected to an outlet, at that same time also, I am able to charge my devices without any impact which is a superb feature as it helps charge my multiple devices plus this battery pack in itself charge together at the same time which I am resting at a hotel and also at home.E) BEST FEATURE 2: This power bank is designed to be skinny and compact and due to it's good design, it is able to fit inside my jeans by itself and even sometimes without my laptop backpack, I am able to simply carry it on it's own with me during drives and where I am outdoors to provide juice to my phones and tablet which I liked the most.Improvement Recommendation: While most features are good, I discovered a slight annoyance after my regular use with this power bank which is that when it is connected or disconnected from the AC source, it actually stops and restarts the charging of devices if at that point they are connected to it instead of seamlessly continuing to recharge these devices regardless of when it is disconnected from the AC outlet. This can be a slight annoyance and might as well impact the battery performance of not only this power bank but also of the devices getting charged by it if it happens consistently. This is something the manufacturer should think about improving in the future generation of this product in my opinion.But other than this small improvement recommendation, this power bank due to its mammoth capacity and compact innovative design is a must have item for folks who spend lot of time traveling and outdoors which is exactly what I do and definitely is my everyday companion lately.

Very convenient since I can plug in anywhere. Gives a quick and good charge. Small and compact. Purchased for my son to make sure he never has to have a dead phone.

It’s a great power bank to have on handI use it for my new phone and my old iPad which is two different outlets and this one has both and can charge at the same time when I’m on the go plus it’s great size to keep in my purse easily

Went on a roadtrip and this was a lifesaver.Charged at the hotel and then used it for phones and all of our devices at night.We used a lot of battery taking so many pictures and this preformed like a champ. It had a strong fast charge even on 2 phones at once. It's small enough to keep in a fanny pack too. Will be taking to Disney

I charged the 38800mah power bank that I recieved up to100% as soon as I received it and started testing it through one of the USB ports to see if it was close to the 38800mah it was advertised to have. I had it connected to a 1.1 amp draw.As you can see from the pictures I checked on it after a bit and it was already down to 45% capacity remaining and it had only delivered 3392mah. I let it fully deplete down to zero and it had only delivered 6849mah. At least the display of capacity remaining is accurate.Not sure if I got a bad one or if this is normal but as far as functionality that's not even 25% of the advertised battery life and not a good value for the money spent on this powerbank.

The description says 38k mAh, but I’ve only been able use it to fully charge my iPhone (with a capacity of <5k mAh) only once and it’s already down to around 35-40%. So it seems the capacity is probably rated closer to 9-10k mAh. That being said it seems to be working pretty well otherwise. The attached cables are really convenient and not flimsy. The charge speeds seem to be accurate as I have consistently gotten 20W to my phone as well as a second device. It also allows pass through charging, so it can be plugged in while powering each device. I have not tried it with more than 2 devices though, and both devices I used were usb-c to usb-c. Still, all-in-all a good value for the price. It’s pretty compact considering all it can do. The build is pretty solid and not fragile, and while it’s not heavy, it’s not exactly lightweight either.

This is the cutest little charger! I keep it plugged in to the wall by my next with a cable in it and charge my phone, but you can take it and go, and it has charger cables built right in! It charges the iPhone FAST and is (obviously) super easy to charge since you just plug it right into the wall!

It’s so nice not to need any extra cords to lose or tangle
