I love this trash container! It is a perfect fit for my toyota corolla. I have it sitting in the floorboard between my front seats. It fits wonderfully and stays in place. Best of all, besides the price being very reasonable, it has a lifetime warranty! Did I mention that it comes with its own trash bags? Win, win!! I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone. Also, it is very versatile, many ways to place in your vehicle.

This is a quality product and is exactly as advertised. The materials are first rate and the product is attractive. However, two issues arose in use that keep me from giving it five stars. The first is the method of buckling the product around the center console. We have a mini SUV with a taller console. The plastic buckle interferes with closing the lid on the console. One side of the buckle should be on a very short strap close to the product, so only the strap would pass through the console lid. As a result, we used Velcro on the trash can to hold it in place on the vehicle floor.The second issue is the clips that hold the bag. They work as shown, but slip off easily with slipppery grocery bags, or the included bags. They would work better if they were longer, or worked like alligator clips.

I just installed it in a '99 F150 XLT with 60/40 seats. I'm using it in the front area. Thanks to the fastex buckles it comes with, it was easy to lengthen the web straps (by adding another length of strap) so it works. I hooked the straps around a add-on console that's held in-place by the 3rd seat-belt buckle. (I hate the factory center fold-up console, there's only one cup holder.)Pros:They used Fastex Buckles on standard sized webbing.This uses common plastic grocery bags.There are clips to hold the bags in place.Con:The only thing I hate is the bottom plastic plate. It's way way to large to fit correctly in the bottom of the trash can. IMO...this needs to be fixed!!! If I can't modify the existing one....I'll just make a new one and put this one in file 13.

I'm one of those customers that compare a lot of different brands and read a lot of reviews, but this one turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. But LOOK AT THE VIDEO and LOOK AT THE PICTURES on the product page and it will tell you EVERYTHING that you need to know about this product.Also, I loved that fact that it comes with a LITTLE FLAT BOARD that you put in the bottom on the bag so that THE BAG WON'T BE SLOPPY AND FLOPPY.Plus, it has the little SIDE CLASPS to keep your PLASTIC LINER BAGS IN PLACE.Additionally, it's A NICE SIZE, even though at first I had thought that it could have been a little bit bigger.And I love the fact that this product PROVIDES REPLACEMENT PLASTIC LINER BAGS so that you don't have to figure out what size bags the trash can takes and go out and buy them.

After having this in my truck for a while I've realized the necessity for a lid. If I have a window open something will go flying. I made the mistake of having all four windows down in my truck, I got what I call a "cabin trash-tornado" of loose paper ejecting itself upon the unexpected world. I need to buy something different.Update: I have changed my rating as the seller contacted me to offer a full refund and provide me my choice of three options with lids. Although I have not yet seen the refund, I see no reason to be skeptic. I'll change my rating again if otherwise.

Overall I like the trashcan for our minivan. Sturdy and rigid. It’s nice that it comes w/ thick disposable bags to get you started! The only thing I’d like different is a way to attach better to our model minivan. We have a Town & Country and you can use the strap in it. Where I like to put the trashcan you can’t Velcro it down as the center console slides back and knocks it over. It’s a car issue though not a product issue.

Just got this yesterday and put it in the truck. I have 4 children so you can only imagine the amount of trash that ends up all over the place! The construction reminds me of that of a cooler and is very thick and sturdy. It has multiple strapping options to be able to locate it throughout the vehicle. And it even comes with trash bags (even though I am sure Walmart bags will eventually be what I use). Very happy with this purchase.

Got this to replace the good old plastic bag that always seem to spill out all over the seat of the car at the worst possible moments. I really like the supply of extra bags. Took all of a minute to set up and into the car. The one drawback is the size. Because I have a smaller car, when I have a passenger, I have to place the trashcan in the back seat area. Other than that, this was a great purchase
