I don't know how many chargers we've gone through over the years, but it seems like either the charger or the cord stop working after a few months. I bought this charger a year and a half ago, and I'm happy to say that it has worked flawlessly. It's so convenient being able to "super fast charge" two devices simultaneously. Even the blue light came in handy when we weren't sure if we had a problem with the cord or the charger (it was the cord 🙂). Not much else to say except that I have had no issues with this product... in fact, I purchased a second one almost a year ago and it has been perfect as well.

Worked great for almost 60 days. Then one of the cables suddenly started being recognized as a "USB analog device" by my phone and won't charge. Also, one of the ports of the charging block that was paired with that cord makes the power light turn off when I plug the cord into the port. Update: Seller reached out and offered to refund or replace the whole set. I opted for the refund and they immediately processed the refund. Amazing Customer Service.

I've been using these chargers for the past 7 days, and noticed that one of the ports doesn't charge properly -- my phone would flash constantly from charging to not charging as shown on the video. I found out this morning when my phone failed to charge up to 100% but stuck at 69% overnight. One of the USB-C ports appears to be bad even though the cable would go in firmly (shown with the green sticky flag). The other USB-C port charges normally, as do the other two USB-C ports on the 2nd charger. While it's good value otherwise, I'd be a bit wary of the quality of the chargers. Addendum: I found the seller's email in the product's package, and reached out about this issue. He responded within 24 hours to apologize, and offered me a partial refund for this inconvenience. I appreciated his prompt response and offer and accepted it. Taking this into consideration, I've adjusted the product rating.

I purchased two sets (4 chargers total) of this 2Port 45W Super Fast Charger Type C for Samsung, and after about 1.5 months of use, one of the adapters completely died. The other unit is still working for now, and the cable is still functioning, but the early failure is very disappointing. What makes this worse is the poor troubleshooting instructions. The manual mentions steps related to a power switch, but this charger does NOT have any switch, making the instructions confusing and basically useless. When the charger stopped working, there was no clear way to troubleshoot or reset it. For a fast charger advertised at 45W, I expected better durability and clearer support documentation. One unit failing in such a short time raises concerns about quality control and long-term reliability. Had these just over a mth and initially I liked them but one has already stopped working. The plug has a metal bit come loose and no longer works. UPDATE: the seller saw my one star review and offered a refund to replacement without return of the faulty one. I chose the replacement and the new one is good so far. I am upping my score to a 4. The first of two charger cables is still ok and I would not of reached out for a replacement so their offer was beyond what I would have sought
