gentle yet effective, I started Monday night and I've been doing half the dose because the prescription I was on made everything loose on me. since stopping that and starting this I can officially say my bloat is already diminished greatly, I feel a bit better and not as sluggish. This cleanser actually works really well. I am pleased with how clean my colon feels. I am doing a full body cleanse and this helped me to lock it off. This is my go to colon cleanse. It works SO well but it's not violent or painful. Nor do you have to worry about leaving the house if you absolutely have to. It's just a nice, solid cleanse. Yes everything stays solid - not like violent diarrhea or anything like that. Which is why I like it so much. You just end up feeling cleaned out in the best way possible.
