I was not disappointed, believe me
I bought this book as a reference rather than as a set of game rules. I was not disappointed, believe me, but my opinion is based on my own perspective. Perhaps a gamer could offer his/her thoughts on their area of interest.If you like this book you might want to purchase the series...and it is an extensive one. I cant speak for gamers but for those looking for an interesting reference book I can promise you an interesting addition to your library. You might be interested, too, in a follow up to the SEA LION campaign. I intend to buy it as soon as it is available.

A Welcome Addition to Bolt Action
Excellent what-if book detailing all aspects of the plans for Sea Lion. Also a refreshing change whereas most alternative histories assume Sea Lion would have been easily a success, whereas this book explores all the obstacles that stood in the way of the German plans. Well worth investing in.
