works nicely, I use it because I have restlessness, and 10-15 minutes on low setting works great at relieving it even in the middle of the night, really like the hand rail, able to put the remote and tv remote on hand rail holder, a little heavy for me to move around, but placed cloth under hand rail connecter so able to lift and slide

I bought this EILISON FIRMHOLD vibration plate to help me stay active at home, and it has totally exceeded my expectations! The machine is sturdy, super easy to set up, and the handle provides great balance and support. I can feel my muscles being activated during every session, and it’s surprisingly relaxing too. The different speed settings make it easy to customize your workout. Great for circulation, toning, and even stress relief. Totally worth the price—highly recommend to anyone looking to stay fit at home!

Well, did two sessions of fifteen minutes on the first day. This thing have a fast speed which I won’t be using. I have a weak balance so I’m praying that this will help me. But I like it. I bought this one with the handle for safety.

My first picture is right after unboxing, the second is after hours of use during the month. Okay, the science backing up these shake plates is still new, so there's not much out there, but there is some evidence to back up a few of the claims so far. That said, anecdotally speaking, using this every day for at least 10 minutes per "session" has helped a little in reducing some joint pain, as well as some decrease in lower body swelling (may be due to increased lymph or blood circulation, but that's unknown.) Another nice side effect is better bowel function, but be warned: you may experience an increase of flatulence after standing on this thing for a while... So far, the family has enjoyed this shake plate, and it really does shake. You can isolate different parts of your body by engaging different muscles, too, so that's been fun to try. In all, it's a very solid shake plate that we will continue to use.

MISSING PARTS! The product did not have the nuts needed to secure the handle to the plate on the bottom. After 4 weeks of working just fine it just stopped work period. I really like this product, but you cannot get in touch with anybody to help you. Sorry to say disappointed in your product.

This item is an average sized vibration plate that includes an upright handle bar to provide additional stability to individuals not use to this technology. The device comes complete with instructions and all of the hardware necessary to get it fully setup and ready to go. After about only 15 minutes, I had it fully assembled and ready to power on. The unit should come with a remote, however mine was missing from the packaging. I contacted the seller to inquire and they responded to my request within the hour and subsequently air shipped me a replacement remote all of the way from the factory in China. Upon receipt, I can tell you the remote definitely makes this unit FAR MORE functional! The unit has two metal stabilization bars that swivel outward from the base of the unit to ensure that the user has the ability to be secure during operation. You will definitely want to test this out to determine what the best angle is for you. When we have ours is a carpeted area and thus having the bars somewhat directed toward the back of the unit appears to provide the most stabilization for us. As for using the unit, it has a series of capacitive touch buttons on the top which let you turn the unit on/off, start and stop the vibration, select a predefined program routine as well asadjust the level of vibration and time duration. Without the remote, you basically have to attempt to do most of this with your toe, or bend down and set things up only to leverage your toe to start and stop the vibration. The remote is basically essential to perform this action at my age. Once on, you can definitely feel the vibration from your feet all of the way up past your kidneys. This thing can move you. I'm just learning about the benefits of this technology and trying to figure out what works best for me, but I can assure you, this thing does work. The handle bars are nice, for stabilizing yourself if you have weak knees like I do, but you'll want to ensure that you aren't pulling on the unit when getting on and off as it isn't as heavy as you are and it's possible to topple if over if you don't let go. Overall, I really like this unit. With the remote it's easy to use and can really get the body to moving. My experience with their customer service was excellent and for those reasons I'd definitely recommend.

Unique way to get a workout in. The vibration is actually very relaxing and it's very easy to use. Fun time!
