Love this!
Who knew a tree stump could bring such joy? This rustic little guy is the most charming and unassuming addition to my living room. It’s a genuine hunk of wood and I mean, really wood, with all the knots, grooves, and occasional splinters to prove it. It’s like inviting a wise old tree spirit into your home, minus the questionable forest etiquette. Not only does it add that earthy, “I-could-be-a-lumberjack-if-I-wanted-to” vibe, but it’s surprisingly versatile. Need a sturdy spot for a cup of coffee or an impromptu seat that holds up to 350 pounds? Done. And at under 8 pounds, it’s light enough to carry around like your own mini rustic throne.Best part? It requires zero assembly and practically no maintenance. Just wipe it with a damp cloth if it gets a bit dusty. The design is both rugged and smooth (like me on a good day), with a hollow base that prevents it from going moldy, just pure genius. I’m half-tempted to put googly eyes on it and make it a permanent family member. If you’re craving a no frills, “look at me, I’m one with nature” accent that’s as functional as it is hilarious, this stump is ready to fulfill all your woodland dreams. Highly recommend!

Rustic real wood! But be careful about splinters.
The end table looks exactly like the photos. It's real wood but the area underneath the table is unfinished. I do wish it was sanded down because you're not careful you can splinter your fingers on the wood.

Great Conversation Piece!
"What rolls down stairs, alone or in pairs..." I can't help but begin humming the theme song to the fictional "Log by Blammo" jingle from the old Ren & Stimpy show every time I see this piece. But this log isn't invisible or make believe; it's an actual piece of furniture made from a wood log, and that fact alone made my Generation X heart smile a bit bigger today. This sturdy, whole piece of wood, not a bunch of wood fillers, is smaller than a typical end table. It's heavy, as a log would be, but not impossible to pick up and move around. It's definitely a statement piece that can be incorporated into many different design elements in any room.I've found use for it as a table for a lamp, a stool for when I don't want to sit on the floor and don't want to crouch down, and as a foot rest.If you find yourself not being able to find a use for this log, if nothing else it will definitely serve as a cheery reminder of yesteryear, and a fun conversation piece!

Stunning, cozy, inviting!
This is an actual tree. It’s not wood veneers glued together to look like a tree. I purchased this as I needed something small to place my coffee on while not having enough space for an end table. It is quite the novel idea and it is cozy and inviting. It fits in my traditional decor perfectly. I believe it would add charm to any decor. I absolutely love it. This tree stump that simulates an end table has far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this to anyone. It will not disappoint!

Perfectly quirky, but a bit rough around the edges
This end table is small but makes a powerful fun and quirky statement. People will be amazed that it is a real log - a single piece of cut/carved wood. I can’t stop imagining how cute this would be in a child’s room with some baby wildlife stenciled around it and peeking out around the legs. It would definitely make for a piece of legacy furniture. The product list mentions/warns of rough edges and it is right to do so, as there are a lot of places around the legs that are chipped or rough. I really don’t think you want to display/use this table until you have a chance to give all of those spots a good work over with some sandpaper. This table begs people to come touch it and examine it all over. Save everyone the splinter risk and sand it a bit.Overall though, I definitely recommend it.
