Spigen Classic C1 MagFit Case for iPhone 16 Pro Max - Graphite

Its a robust case feels safe, a light bit heavy though but its okay it makes up for it with the robustness

The best retro phone case I found in ages absolutely love it; super clever way of going on and means that you don’t have to bend or walk the phone case love the C1 styling it fits great especially around the cameras so far it’s fair really well have use and both functionally and in terms of how it feels in your hand, it’s pretty nice. Add to that the fact that I just love the colour and it is fabulous all round.

I tried almost every case on the market for the iPhone 17 Pro, because its daft design makes the phone so vulnerable to drops. Most cases out there are either too lightweight and flimsy or they weigh a metric ton. On top of that, many don’t protect the aluminium camera bump and those that do shove a high rubber wall around it that causes the phone to catch on the way out of a jeans pocket and fly across the room. Even the best case in the world won’t protect a phone when you use it as a ninja star. So, thanks to Apple’s awkward design choice, you have to approach buying a case with Goldilocks-like precision. Nothing I tried was quite right… until I found this one! It’s solid but not heavy, with a dual-layer hardshell design and the strongest magnets I have seen on a MagSafe case. It covers the whole camera bump, but has a chamfered edge that smooths out that pocket ingress and egress, allowing it to slip past a denim seam without turning it into a throwing weapon. The plastic has just the right level of grip to stay in your hand without becoming a dust magnet, and has already survived a couple of falls from the arm of the sofa. It’s easy enough to snap onto your phone, but a bit of a faff to take off as you have to dismantle the bottom of the case. But that’s not a problem, because everything works very well with the case on. Oh, and the early 2000s Mac colour scheme is a nice touch too. All in all, this is a solid and well thought out case that covers up Apple’s design flaw in style.

Only reason I’m dropping the star is the case has a thin film like substance on it which scratches off really easily. Other than that feels and looks great

It’s ok but far to expensive for what it is… Also what’s up with the p65 cancer warning about the materials used on this???? Was looking for the matching phone wallpaper for this case and was on the spigen website and this cancer warning was on the product page!!! Is this something we need to be concerned about in the UK market??? Also it’s a pain to get on and off as the case catches on the buttons of the phone while putting on so could scratch the pain, especially on the colour fading IPhone 17pro. Taken it off on my 17PM was a process as I found myself putting considerable amount of pressure on the screen as I was trying to pull the case off. Conclusion it’s a nice looking case I found myself putting on my other case instead as I don’t wanna be messing around trying to get the case on and off again. Could protection though!!

Great looking, great fitting case, that protects my phone if I drop it, as I have a few times. Very pleased with it, decent price too. The translucent red is a great colour, I’ll be looking to see which other colours it’s available in. Two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼

Case plastic started to delaminate after a few months and Spiegen’s response was a shrug and to say “…as it may have been caused by external factors during usage, which is not considered a manufacturing defect”. I’ve never had a plastic case start to delaminate and would 100% suggest that it is a manufacturing defect in their supply chain.
