Poor machining of Idle air solenoid port*******************
Looked great till 3 months later when project was ready to start. Pulled my hair out trying to figure out why the idle kept surging and no idle if i set throttle plate where it should be. After removing IAS I noticed the hole was off center thus not allowing the solenoid to operate correctly! Grrrrrr

IAC sensor doesn’t fit into port on throttle body.
