Fibropool fp-8pk Kreepy Krauly or Baracuda G3 G4 Pool Cleaner Hose, Aqua, 8 Pack

This pack of hoses was almost half the price of the ones at my local pool store. They box they are shipped in is not long enough for the hoses to lay flat, so they are "curved" when they arrive. I found that hanging them is the easiest way to straighten them out. They are stiffer than the original Kreepy Krauly hoses and therefore need a bit more muscle to put them together. They are also longer than the original ones so you don't need as many to run your vac. So far, they have been doing their job.

I bought these hoses to replace the original hoses that came with my Dirt Devil automatic pool cleaner, that lasted 2 years. I can't complain because my water was not balanced the first year, and I leave my vacuum in all the time.The price was the best I found. I shopped around and did without my automatic vacuum last year because it would have cost as much for the hose replacement as a brand new vacuum (nearly $100), so I was very happy to have found these for $60.These 8 pieces give me 32' of hose, so the length is perfect for my 24' pool, and can be adjusted if necessary.The hoses fit together very nice because the connections are longer than my original hoses, I'd guess 2 inches or more. That means the hoses don't accidentally come apart (slight problem with my original hoses that had an inch or less of connection). The fit is snug, but not difficult.These hoses are also very flexible. Unlike the original hoses that came with my vacuum, you can actually bend these into a complete circle. My original hoses were stiff, and may have contributed to the breakage.The only problem I could have had is that the hose didn't really fit my vacuum attachment (but these hoses didn't claim to fit my vacuum and I knew that when I bought them). My vacuum has a hard plastic swivel that connects the hose to the vacuum shaft, but thankfully my husband was able to force the hose onto the attachment for my vacuum, probably because the hose is flexible, and I leave it on there permanently. I'm sure I could have found an adjustment piece, but it worked out great as is.I would recommend these, and would buy them again. I'm hoping they last more than 2 years, though. ;)

Works ok for a while. But not very durable. Not a long lasting hose.

Have used for about 8 months. Light weight and relatively flexible. Holding up well attached to automatic cleaner. Had pool sales person at house today. I had hooked these to a heavier hose. Said to use the lightweight hose throughout. Makes big difference in pressure flow. He said they sell the sections at $10 per section. Will buy more through Amazon Smiles.

Longer than my last set, so that was pleasant surprise. Also softer and more flexible than previous set. Is good right now, but not sure if that will affect their life span. But, happy with my purchase so far.

I just got these today and installed them. So far they seem to work great and they appear to be good quality. Shipping was very fast.My biggest complaint is that there is one hose included that has two female ends. Product is described as have male to female ends. I'll write a follow-up in a month or so to rate the durability, as some have complained they split after a short time.UPDATE: 06-04-16The hoses still are working fine and no problems. I would buy again...

Just what I needed to get my Kreepy Krauly across my 38 foot long pool. I now have extras also. They fit perfectly with the original hoses. They were shipped in a long box and not curled up (this is important for the proper function of Kreepy). I would buy again.

only 7 received in fine condition...one was damaged and I was led to believe that it was going to be replaced. But at this date, it has not...so I paid for 8, received only 7 in working condition.Please have the sender provide a replacement for the damaged hose, as I had initially reported.Thank you.

Great for extending the hose length to reach the far end of the pool. Fits into existing tubes.

rec'd on time and used right away. hose fitted together well and when put into use worked perfect.

They work well with most Kreepy Kraulys. Very happy with these extensions.
