In my experience Apple products never disappoint. This computer arrived on time, beautifully packed (the cardboard packaging alone is a piece of art), easily assembled and transferring everything I had stored on my 12 year old computer was straightforward - just follow the online instructions.The screen display is also beautiful and the complete system is a pleasure to use. Highly recommended. Of course Apple products are not inexpensive but if they are good for 10+ year’s use then my new computer will cost less than £130 pa which I am prepared to pay for such an excellent and useful piece of IT equipment. It’s a case of enjoying using something long after one has forgotten the pain of paying for it.

Beautiful piece of kit, but I mistakenly ordered the wrong size storage.Returned, but told I’ll have to wait up to a month for a refund.Very disappointing.

I love this iMac I wanted to treat myself as I always bought second hand , it would have been nice to specify I was getting the 2 port thunderbolts but it’s no biggee as I have a usb c dock

Horrible experience with the storage! I bought external drive with it as to save some money. It is not helpful. They make you regret it. I dont have any appreciations. I dont do anything fancy. But the system will eat 150 GB! And you are left with nothing.

Never stutters, more than enough power for everyday use, if you have an iPhone or iPad this just slots in perfectly. If you’re coming from Windows there is an adjustment period and some things that aren’t immediately apparent, but that’s Mac OS, the hardware is impeccable. The screen is stunning and the sound output means you don’t have to go out and buy speakers if you don’t want to. Only two USB C Thunderbolt 4 ports is a little limiting, but plug in a dock and you can have multiple external drives to bulk up the 256GB internal storage. Reading from SSDs, HDDs and even micro SD cards is very fast.All in all, a great replacement for the PCs I’ve been using for decades.
