I had a laser engrave a long time ago and that thing was a disaster. This one was 1/4 of the price and I hit the ground running burning designs and cutting materials. Super easy to use and a lot of content from AtomStack to use. I actually use a craftcutter’s software to manipulate my designs then transfer them to the AtomStack software for the laser. The system is a great price for the excellent quality. Easy to set up, works very well and accurately overlays projects. I highly recommend! PS I did purchase a PVC case to enclose this for ventilation.

This laser is superior and always compared to my 5 watt laser I used to have. It cuts through everything in one pass after doing the test on light burn the numbers are very easy to determine

I’m extremely disappointed with this laser. I bought the A20 PRO V2 as a replacement for my Atomstack 7X Pro, which had stopped working because the power button wouldn’t stay on. After ordering this one, I ended up fixing my old machine, so the new laser sat in the box for about a month and a half. When I finally set it up — which was quick and straightforward — I plugged it in and smoke immediately started coming out of the electronics box. The machine was brand new and never even got the chance to run once. I contacted both Amazon and Atomstack, and neither would replace the motherboard or the laser, even though the issue was clearly a manufacturing defect. Now I’m stuck with a broken laser and an air assist that I can’t use at all. At this point, I’m done with Atomstack and will be switching to a different brand. Very frustrating experience and a big waste of money

Easy to assemble and start using out of the box. I've been using it almost daily since assemble. Still learning all the features the studio has to offer, but definitely glad I pulled the trigger on the investment. It's not a new tool in my woodworking business.

Atomstack is one of the better laser engravers on the market. Build quality is very good. Its supplied with a good assembly instructions with picture and takes anyone with average skills about 20 minutes. All parts are in number bags to match the assembly instructions. Now the cons: There is no user documentation or specs supplied. Would be nice to know how the air pump plug is configured, setting the limit switches, WiFi specs and some details on the controller. It has WiFi but no instruction how to configure it. The free Atomstack phone app (Bluetooth) and pc program (USB connection) is very basic not worth the hassle. It's ok to see if the machine runs, but other than that not much use. Just get Lightburn and save yourself the trouble. The other big con is Atomstack cheaped out with the laser head gantry electrical cables. The cables are flopping around and not in cable drag chain holders and can get snagged on the work if you aren't careful. I picked up a couple of 10mmx10mm drag chain holders on Amazon for $15 to retro fit my machine.

Sehr guter Laser für einen fairen Preis. Leistung ist ausreichend um Sperrholz zu schneiden oder gravieren. Ein Air assist ist aber empfehlenswert dazu zu kaufen

no sirve , no corta solo derrite, no pierdan tiempo ni dinero en pedirlo, hice la devolución desde hace días y no me dan solución

Easy built, much quicker than my previous 10 year old engraver. The wiring loom needs attention and let's the machine down

Love it, not too difficult to install. Just make sure to look at the design and take your time.

Sehr zufrieden macht genau das was es soll würde ich nochmal kaufen aufgebaut on ca 30 minuten habe schon 2 stück davon würde ich nochmal kaufen 20W ist für ziemlich alles ausreichend. vor allem er ist sehr schnell und sehr leise und bei einer Lebensdauer von ca 10000 Stunden könnte man 2000 Tage zu je 5 Stunden lasern das wären dann 5.5 Jahre:-)
