I love the option for inner ear or forehead reading. Easy to use. I find most forehead thermometers are about -1 degree off.Update: Do not buy. They send a second thermometer for free for reviewing. We couldn’t get two similar readings in a row. Now I have three emails with the company offering me a $30 gift card to delete my negative review.

Very disappointed. The measurement constantly shows way too low temperature. As shown in the picture, it shows 93.3F while my old armpit thermometer shows 96.8F. After repeating 10 times, it gradually goes up to 94F, and 94.5F, but still way too low. On the first day I thought it might need a little time to adjust to the room temperature. But this pictured test is done several days after we received it. It was a waste of money.

I got this today and just so happened I NEEDED it! I had to put two AAA batteries in it and it was up and going! I took my daughters temperature with both the head and ear option, it was spot on each time! Others I’ve noticed tend to be far off when we used them. Turns off automatically so I can just set it down and get back to what’s important! Great thermometer! Great buy! Thank you!

I and very satisfied with this product... at first I wasn't sure how I would feel because I wasn't getting quite the right reading but after reading the directions (I know I know LOL when all else fails read the directions...) I realized I had not giving it enough time to acclimate to an temperature in the room! I'm so happy to finally have a thermometer that gives an accurate reading after I have been through so many and bought some many that let me down.There is a . 5 degree difference possiblity but they let you know that. I always take that into consideration when taking my 7 month olds temperature. Very decent outcome for a good price.Would recommend for those who don't want to spend an arm and a leg but wanted to get actually decent reading.Oh yeah I forgot to add I also enjoy the ability to store a large amount of temps so I can get an average and know for sure what my baby's body temp is

This is the first time I've used a Ear and Forehead thermometer. Did lots of research and read lots of reviews before picking this one. It's really easy to use, quick results and is accurate. Unlike an oral thermometer, it's a lot more sanitary, when used as a family thermometer. Really pleased with this purchase.

I like the size it is easy to hold on to. Easy to read I compared it to the thermometer the nurse uses on my mom and it read the same. I checked my mom with this one and had the nurse check her with hers and the temperatures were the same so it is good enough for me. Received in a timely manner and packaged well. Great seller.

I have a Braun digital ear thermometer which never worked well. It would give you different measurements every time you used it. I wouldn't mind a small variation but a one degree variation is too much. I had hoped this forehead thermometer would be better but, unfortunately, it suffers from the same problems. I put the batteries in and followed the instructions. I took my temperature 9 times and only two readings were the same. They varied from 96.8 to 98.1. Three times I got the error message "Lo" which means something is wrong. I tried swiping my forehead in the a different direction and at different heights just above the brows all the way up to the hairline with no difference. Thank Goodness that I still have an old fashioned mercury thermometer. I'm sorry this did not work.

I bought this to replace a digital thermometer that died and have been happy with it so far. It is easy to use and gives a reading quickly, which is a huge plus. It seems to be pretty accurate too. My temp is usually about 97.8 and that's what this reads.
