this is a great cold water shoulder pad. it's very affordable and works well with my Active Ice cold therapy system. it fits well and easy to put on your shoulder. 5 stars for sure!

I think it’s OK it’ll definitely work but a little uncomfortable and hard to fit right but for the price it gets the job done

This has worked very well for helping me cope with the pain from shoulder surgery. Once the straps are positioned, it is easy to put on and take off using only my non-dominant hand. Much easier and more effective than the universal pad which came with my icing unit. BEWARE: The connectors will not simply snap/lock into place. They are too narrow to activate the locking mechanism on the hoses. You need to manually push the metal pin on your cold therapy machine's hoses to lock in place. This requires two hands.

I have tried and tried to figure out how to get a better fit, but it just doesn't seem to work. I was using a shoulder wrap from another company (Gameday) and the fit was very easy to make perfect, but the material from this wrap is too rigid and/or the cut is made such that there is no way to get the wrap to lay flat to the skin in all areas and so only part of the shoulder area gets iced. For instance, if I wrap the arm and outside of the shoulder, then the wrap doesn't cover the top of the shoulder and the area near the collar bone. It's ok, but I would rather pay more and get something better.
