I'm only 41 but during the winter my knees ache horribly and sometimes wake me up in the night so I'm always on the lookout to find something that helps. I'm so happy with this support that I'm going to buy another one so I've got one for both knees. It takes 5 minutes to warm up to the highest level and feels really comfortable. I'm going to need this most when I'm in the car because after sitting in one position for more than 30 minutes I'm in agony but heat really does help ease it. Definitely recommend this product.

I have a bad knee it bothers me on and off.Usually in winter when it's wet and cold.The two things that help are usually a support or heat, I love the fact this conbines both of those things.It really loosens stiff joints and can be worn under clothing.It is powered by a USB cable so you can even wear it on the go if you have a portable battery pack.I've recommended this to a friend of mine who has rheumatoid arthritis and she has since bought one and absolutely loves it.Sometimes it's the simple thing that make the difference.

This knee heating pad is absolutely brilliant, I use it on my arm just above my elbow on my bicep, I get pain when it feels cold even though I got a T-shirt on. Then when I put this on then it warms by arm and the good thing is it has 3 heat settings and it's so easy to use, plus it doesn't get in the way of other things if you want to move your arm. It works well and I have a power bank so if I need to get out of bed then I connect the USB lead straight to the power bank so I can move around Whilst it's still heating my arm. This product is great, a life changer and it's a good price compare to more expensive ones I saw. You won't be disappointed 😁

This is fab! Bought for my elderly mum who has chronic knee pain. She says this is so soothing. She only using the low heat as it can get hot. Need to be by a plug socket, it's not portable sadly. But she doesn't move around that much. This has brought comfort and relief, worth every penny!!!!!!!! Would recommend!!!

Since getting a puppy, my knees have started feeling the strain, and I am only 32!! I was advised heat should help so I ordered this. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it did work. I would use it on each knee for about half an hour while working from home and would notice an improvement by the evening. I will say the highest setting can get quite hot and you do need to hook it up to the mains, so can't walk around with it on, but that didn't bother me so much. Would highly recommend.

Great item. I got it for my meniscus tear. Warms up nicely. Only warm on one side of the gadget (front) so if you need it for the Back of your knee you will need to wear it back to front. Too hot though for the back of your knee even on the lowest setting so I have to pad that part out. Great little ice pack pouch as well so does everything you need it too

My mother was having really bad pain in one of her knees which had been troubling her for months. Arthritic flare up.Got her this and from the first time she used it she was really surprised how comfortable and beneficial it was. Really relieved her pain and helped with the walking too.
